Located on the 1st floor without elevator, this bright and charming duplex includes:
- an attic bedroom with a double bed ;
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable living room with sofa bed.
You'll particularly appreciate its calm and luminosity.
Everything you need for an excellent stay is at your disposal, including: Fridge, Hair dryer, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
For your daily shopping needs, a âCarrefour Cityâ supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away.
The neighborhood, close to the SNCF train station, is very pleasant and safe, with numerous shops, bars and restaurants (Bull Rush, Sushi Kare House, Jifu, etc.).
During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites for which the city is famous.
You need to arrive in the accommodation before 4pm or leave it after 11am?
We offer this early check-in or late check-out service with an extra charge of 15 ⏠up to 2 hours before or after the scheduled time and then 5 ⏠more for each additional hour.

The Garonne is connected to the Canal du Midi, a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, by the Canal de Brienne. Boat trips, walking and cycling on the towpaths: treat yourself to beautiful moments of freshness.
