Punta Gorda Isles Waterfront Dream Near Fishermen's Village w/ Heated Pool!
Spend your vacation entertaining, exploring, fishing off the dock, or simply relaxing by the pool, overlooking the water in this beautifully appointed 3 bed, 2 bath home in sought-after Punta Gorda Isles! Located on a quiet street only 1.2 miles from famous Fishermen's village, near The Harborwalk (with dolphins!), Ponce de Leon Beach (known for its beautiful sunsets), downtown Punta Gorda shops & restaurants, parks, walking & biking paths, fishing, boating, pickleball, tennis, and golf!
With water views throughout the home, observe local fish jumping and birds flying as well as spectacular skies reflecting on the water!
Off the lanai, the large master bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom is at one end of the house, separate from the two guest bedrooms (both with queen beds) and guest bath at the other end of the house. There is also a foldout couch as well as a daybed for additional guests. The indoor dining table expands to seat 10, and there is plenty of comfortable seating in the living room and the family room looking out at the pool and the canal. The large lanai offers plenty of poolside seating, a breakfast table, and and a larger dining table as well. Curl up inside with your favorite book in the cozy reading nook or, with our portable desk, pick your favorite water view spot to get some work done. The garage has room for your car and also stores two bicycles, which you're welcome to use during your stay. Bring your dog along and enjoy one of the best dog walking neighborhoods around! Boat and boat lift are not currently available for use.

My husband, Barney and I traded our Southampton, NY rental property for this Punta Gorda Isles rental property and we couldnât be happier! We love the people and the way of life down here and we love this property, especially the water view, the pool, and the neighborhood!
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We first fell in love with Punta Gorda for its fabulous downtown, shops, restaurants, stunning water views all around, and watching the dolphins from the Harborwalk. We knew we wanted to be in PGI for the canal waterfronts and the flexibility to walk (or bike) to downtown and Fishermen's village and the Harborwalk; when this property came up, we knew it was for us as it was by far the closest walk to Fishermen's village & the Harborwalk & downtown of all the places we saw and we fell in love with the view and the large lanai. We couldn't be happier with our new home and the perfect location!
