Family house (2 bedrooms, 4 people), furnished tourist accommodation classified 3 stars, in the heart of a forest land of 7000 m2, planted with oaks and pine trees, where you will be in a quiet, cool and green area far from the tourist hustle and bustle while still being very close to beautiful beaches (12 km away) and all amenities (town of Lit-et-Mixe at 5 k by car or cycle path).

The house has a sunlit fully equipped kitchen with dining room, living room, a bathroom, 2 toilets, a laundry room, large private intimate and equipped outdoor space (deckchairs, dining table, games, evening lighting).

Access to the property is made via a forest path (500m from the road and village). An access to the cycle path leading to towns and beaches is 300m away.

Some attractions and activities in the surrounding area: beaches, surfing, hiking, cycling, horse riding, craft night markets, golf courses, the Basque Country and Spain are less than 1 hour drive away by A63 motorway.

Visit the cities of Bayonne, Biarritz, Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Bordeaux, Dax (TGV Paris) during the day.

For nature lovers, enjoy a walk or bike ride in the Courant d'Huchet nature reserve (town of Léon) 30 minutes away by car. Numerous craft and traditional markets during the day and evening throughout the region from June to September.

Services and fees:
- A free concierge service per local agency will welcome you on your arrival and departure and will assist you if necessary during your stay.

- Kitchen linen and cleaning products are provided free of charge.

- Towels and bed linen can be provided upon request (extra charge of 20 Eur/set).

- A full cleaning service is provided at the end of the stay and before each arrival. A flat rate of 65 euros will be paid at the concierge service.

- A flat rate of 35 euros for usage charges (electricity, water) is included in the paid reservation. Any additional charges will be requested by the conciergerie at the end of your stay.

- Bicycle rental brought to you at the property is possible on request (ask for rates).
