Opening the front door, you will find, in the hall a door leading to:
- The shower room with shower, WC and heated towel rail ?
- 1 storage cupboard ?
Then you enter the vast living space bathed in light with in front of you:
- 1 double bunk bed, i.e. 2 large beds one above the other ?ïž
- 1 sofa that converts into 1 queen-size bed, conversion is very simple, just pull on the tab at the centre of the backrest and pull towards you for the bed to unfold ?ïž
- Opposite the sofa, a TV and storage unit ?
- 1 dining area with table and 4 chairs ?ïž
- 1 fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, hob, extractor fan, washing machine, kettle, toaster, as well as eating and cleaning utensils ?
A sliding bay window, occupying the entire width of the studio, allows you, once open, to live both inside and on the outside terrace which consists of:
- Large outdoor table with 6 chairs ?
- 2 deckchairs ?
- 1 electric awning (which should be closed in windy conditions) provides shade if you wish ?ïž
The terrace area is bordered by a fence covered by a plant hedge, preserving the privacy of occupants without obscuring the splendid sea view.
