Moored 200 m from the beach and 2 km from the port of Guilvinec, this house for 4 to 5 people (4 adults maximum) offers a beautiful outdoor space with garden and terrace where you can enjoy summer pleasures: savour breakfast, sunbathe, read, make barbecues on the plancha...
The living area is nicely arranged. You will find the living room with a beautiful opening to the outside, then the dining room to gather with family around good dishes, and finally the open-plan kitchen where you can deploy your culinary talents. It has induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
When fatigue sets in, you can go upstairs to rest in one of the three bedrooms. The first, mocha-coloured, with a double bed, offers an ideal cocoon for a good night's sleep. The second also has a double bed; its blue and marine touches immerse you in a maritime atmosphere. Then, in a row, a last bedroom with a wooden ceiling awaits you with its single bed.
Finally, you will discover a shower room, two independent toilets on each level, a washing machine and a private parking space on the grounds.
Located in an ideal area for families and near the sea, the rental is located at:
