Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 24mÂČ studio apartment for rent in Le BarcarĂšs, 1 km from the beach and able to accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 10 mÂČ living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a nice bedroom and a shower room.
The accommodation comprises
- A 10 mÂČ living room with TV and double sofa bed.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob and dining area.
- Bedroom 1: with a bunk bed comprising a double bed (140Ă190) under a single bed (sleeps 3)
- A large dressing room
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 5 mÂČ south-east-facing loggia, with furniture and a view of the pond to enjoy the fine weather.
The studio is ideally located in Le BarcarĂšs, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the studio's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Perpignan 25 km (about 23 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan 23 km (approx. 21 min by car)

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay must be done by you (or at an additional cost from our local service provider).
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
