Wonderful Location,Great Vacation

Property is in an excellent location and was clean and well stocked.Never needed to contact owner because everything you needed was available and everything was in good working condition.We would recommend this property to everyone and would stay here again without hesitation.Thanks for a great vacation!

The property was described in the notes as it was. We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay. Beach was beautiful, close to some great food and condo left nit one thing to be desired.

Serenity

We stayed a bit over two weeks at Mark's place and loved every moment of it. The condo is clean, the beach and pool were not crowded, super friendly neighbors. And, of course, gorgeous sunsets! Would love to come back!

Just like home!

Every detail was provided for including an excellent closet of all you need for the beach. Fully equipped kitchen with impressive knives and even a crock pot! Everything was of the highest quality. The beds and furniture were so comfortable. Oceanside dining on the Lanai with amazing sunsets.

Gulf Beauty

Very enjoyable vacation, like staying at a friend’s beach house. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. I was also really impressed with the area and the building facilities. The owners sliding balcony doors are an engineering marvel and open wide or close tight to the elements. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, soaking in the jacuzzi and walking on the beach. Our thanks to Mark and his family for sharing their special place.

Quiet and relaxing

Property was exactly as advertised. Manasota Key is a quiet residential island. Property had every thing that we needed. In fact, we only left the property a few times. We loved the lanai with the sliding doors. These were a great feature! Oh, and the hatching turtles were an added feature!

This was our third year staying at this property. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to return next year, if not sooner. You are in walking distance to restaurants and bars. The condo has everything you need, to make you feel that you are in your own home. Mak is extremely attentive. We sincerely enjoyed our stay again this year and highly recommend it. Marks Condo on Manasota -Gulf of Mexico

My wife and I have stayed at the condo before. We were very comfortable and couldn't be happier about the condo and the location--walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We had a fantastic time. The home is so warm and well-appointed really could not think of anything more that they could have provided. The hosts were extremely attentive. Everything was as advertised The apartment was super clean, new, sparkling and bright. Sincerely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Bob & Mary Beth H Reading, Ma.

Beach Condo get away

We had a great stay at Marks place. This is a perfect place to go to get away and relax. The communication with Mark was fantastic. He was available and very quick to respond back to us whenever we had any questions. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. You are just step away from the Gulf or the pool. The condo is close to some great restaurant’s that you could walk to or take the Stumpy’ golf cart taxi service. Also, not to far from the supermarkets which was handy. We highly recommended Mark’s condo.

Beautiful Beachfront

The location of the condo could not be better. Perched right on the beach, the gulf views were amazing and the sunsets were stunning. Don’t want to get sandy? Just slide open the glass panels on the lanai to open the entire wall to the sights and sounds of the beach. It’s a great place to start your morning or have an evening toast. The entire condo has been freshly appointed with everything you need for a great stay. While the island does have multiple restaurants, we enjoyed making our own meals in the well stocked kitchen and on the gas grill just a short walk down the stairs. The kids enjoyed the heated pool which is good sized with a depth from 3’ to 7’. The hot tub was also nice on days when the sun refused to cooperate. We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks here and can’t wait to return.

Great property in a laid back area

Condo was as described in the photos, well furnished, and well appointed kitchen. Mid May to memorial day was our time. Key was not crowded and we usually had the pool to ourselves. Discovered that the door cannot be pulled shut too tight or the electronic lock will not engage. Also a little blip with getting a parking tag. Called the parking monitor the first evening got voicemail, but could not leave a message as the box was full. Next day have a rather curt note on the windshield that car will be towed unless have a tag. No name or contact number on the note. Just feel this could have been handled better. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Absolutely gorgeous condo

My wife and I celebrated our 50th anniversary in Mark's condo. We have stayed in many rentals this was set up as the owners home, nothing was spared from all the beach chairs, wagon to haul it out and the Lani is under air with sliders that open wide to allow the sounds of the water welcome you. Breathtaking sunsets, a community pool with whirlpool and there is an elevator to help with luggage. Parking is under the unit and Walmart and Winn Dixie is a short drive. Lock and Key restaurant is tops just down the street. Lots of shells to pick and great fishing. The kitchen has everything one could ask for, plenty of utensils, pots pans blender it is all there. The people we met were all friendly and looked forward to seeing us at the sunset gathering. Drawbacks? The complex does not allow fur babies if they did, Mark would have had to evict us. We can't say enough good things about this unit and the owner. It is as close to perfect as they come.

Even Better Than The Pictures!

This condo was fantastic! The location is excellent. Everyone loved the convenience of the short walk to the beautiful beach which was never crowded. The beachfront community pool and hot tub were also a big hit! The condo is less than a mile to the main beach with restaurants that were family friendly and had live music. Perfect for getting out. The condo itself was very clean and extremely well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Mark was quick to respond to any questions and a very gracious host. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great trip! We will definitely be back and will recommend it to all our friends!
