- Large balcony/veranda with garden furniture and pleasant view of the pool
- Fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, SENSEO pod coffee maker + filter coffee maker, crockery and kitchen utensils);
- Bedroom: double bed (1x2 pers, 140x200)
- Cabin area: bunk beds (2x1 pers, 90x190)
- Bathroom with bath and separate WC;
- The accommodation is equipped with board games, hoover and tumble dryer.
- The accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows;
- Free private outdoor parking (Number 112).
The SANTA MONICA II residence is ideally located:
- 200 metres from sandy beaches ;
- 500 metres from shops and restaurants
- 150 metres from the supermarket;
