Located on the Gulf itself, this property is nestled walking distance to all grocery stores, restaurants and activities. Beautiful jungle landscaping with an awesome rooftop pool that has views for days. This is the first floor condo. There is a separate page for the second floor condo. The pool is shared only* if both floors are booked simultaneously! Otherwise it is private to you. The public pier for tours, fishing and water taxis, is located directly across the street.

The property was as described. Location is great and communication was solid. The rooftop pool and seating area is the highlight of the property.

Beautiful home and property in an ideal location

This home is spectacular! Clean, incredible views, and surrrounded by wildlife. The host is great- good communication and keeps the place up very well. Great location as a base point in Puerto Jimenez! Would definitely love to stay here again!

Great location, great property

The bay in our front yard, the estuary in our backyard, wildlife all around, including Scarlet macaws and white faced monkeys, and the patio and small pool on the roof to enjoy while watching them. There were about 5 to 6 nice rest restaurants within very easy walking distance, and yet we were separate from the busyness of the town.

Great stay

Had great vacation staying at this property. Charles was very helpful. Location is close to great food and views. Will definitely be back to this property and area.

Great location and great property

We didn’t come to Puerto Jimenez for the sport fishing but came for the birding and it was a good location to be in for that. It was nice being away from the bustle of the town and main street. The property is secure and gated and it was nice having the owners onsite next door, but we didn’t run into any problems. Wished we could have stayed longer but had another place to get to on our journey through Costa Rica. Also, several good restaurants within walking distance. If we come back to the area I would book this property again.

Fantastic getaway!

This was the perfect place for us! This house is beautiful, very clean, well furnished, and close to everything we needed. The kitchen has a variety of utensils and pots and pans, plus dishes and silverware. It’s rare to find a place that has everything needed to cook a few meals, but this house does. The location is exactly as described. It’s a 2-4 minute walk to restaurants and the town pier where we were picked up for our fishing trip and dolphin watch. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to town for groceries, more restaurants, and some shopping. You could easily walk from the airport but it was raining when we arrived and departed so Maria arranged a taxi for us. Maria is so knowledgeable of the area and was quick to respond (as is the owner!) she arranged some great trips for us and I highly recommend the chocolate tour! We really enjoyed the rooftop pool to cool down after our excursions and to watch the parrots come back to roost in the trees. It’s really incredible to watch! We would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!
