In the heart of the resort and just a stone's throw from the old village, come stay in this classic 25 mÂČ one-bedroom apartment with internet access, sleeping 2/4 people. It's located on the first floor, overlooking the shared pool, has secure parking, and faces south/west. All amenities are nearby. This functional accommodation offers a fully equipped kitchen area opening onto the living room (double sofa bed, TV). Bedroom (2 x 1 person), shower room (WC), and a loggia overlooking the pool (converted into a dining area).
Equipment: electric hob, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, TV, and internet access.
The old village and its markets are 800m away. The chalet beach is 2500m away. This is an ideal base for exploring Gruissan, its beaches, and its hinterland, as well as Narbonne, its covered market, and its Roman Museum. Pet Fee - 10kg: âŹ30 - Deposit âŹ350 - Linens not provided - Optional cleaning at an additional cost.
Electricity charges apply from October to the end of May. The shared swimming pools in the residences are open from mid-June to mid-September, depending on the weather.
