Features include an elevator, secure parking, and a beautiful, large communal swimming pool. Shops are located at the foot of the building. Panoramic views of the port.

The apartment comprises a living room (with a single sofa bed), an open-plan TV area leading to a fully equipped kitchenette (washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob), one bedroom (with a double bed), and an alcove (with two bunk beds). There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate WC. A loggia with garden furniture completes the accommodation.
This residence is popular with tenants for its central location, close to shops and the village (10-minute walk), and the Grazel beach is just 800m away.
