Rare corner unit facing SE with ample natural sunlight throughout the day. Two adjustable desks with office chairs to do remote work privately. Fast wifi (200+ Mbps) and premium cable are included. Private washer and dryer inside the unit. Easy sleeper sofa with memory foam queen mattress.
Well managed building that includes 24-hour security, one assigned parking stall, swimming pool, jacuzzi , sauna, recreation deck with refrigerator to keep food and drinks cold while enjoying the common spaces and BBQ area.

Next to the well kept Ritz-Carlton Hotel, the building has 24-hour roving security and requires security key fob to enter the building. All common building spaces are cleaned 7 days a week. Gated garage to keep vehicles safe as well.
