ROSE Vacances offers you this pretty house renovated with taste in the Arago district and a 5-minute walk from the large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne. Everything is new: furniture, equipment, bedding... perfect to ensure a quality stay.
House that can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located in the heart of the lively district of Arago, famous for its market, this house is ideally located, everything will be within walking distance; city center, train station, market, local shops and the beach.
You can enjoy a beautiful kitchen-living room-living room open onto the outdoor terrace, equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, TV, Wifi, a dining table and its 6 chairs, ideal for good meals with family or friends!
Open and fully equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, X3 induction hob, coffee maker (Krups)...
On the night side, you will find a first bedroom with a 140 bed, small bedside tables, closet and an adjoining bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle, a sink with storage unit and a towel dryer.
A second bedroom with two bunk beds that can accommodate 4 children, with 2 small storage cupboards.
You will have a second bathroom with a shower, a sink with storage unit, a towel dryer, and a hairdryer.
Independent toilets.
The exterior is composed of a wooden terrace well exposed, quiet and fully fenced, you can sip an aperitif or relax after a day at the beach, garden furniture and umbrella complete this inviting place to rest!
