We had a great stay. Outdoor space was fantastic. Location is perfect. Would recommend bringing a life jacket for kids if wanting to do water sports on the bay. Natalie was responsive and helpful. We would love to come back. Our kids cried when we had to leave!

Great outdoor space, amenities and community activities access. Close to sag and Southampton. Natalie was very easy to communicate with and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Fun week

The house was exactly as presented on VRBO. The outside areas were great, the house was clean, modern and comfortable. Our family had an excellent time.

Best vacay

Great house with lots of things to do. Great pool and backyard with a putting green. A few blocks to the beach great sunsets. Tennis and volleyball court near buy. Beautiful house very relaxing Spent great time with the family who all enjoyed it. 5 star experience. Near to most restaurants and other Hampton locations.

Beautiful vacation rental

This property and home is absolutely gorgeous! The inside and outside of the house look exactly like the pictures. The house was extremely clean and stocked with more than expected. Natalie is a great host and has thought of every detail, she even had all bathrooms stocked with toiletries just in case you forgot to bring something as well as kitchen items and cleaning supplies which is not always the case when renting a home. All rooms were beautifully decorated and cozy. The peloton bike and exercise equipment were a great plus. The backyard is gorgeous and comfortable for a family with children. Ours kids loved the pool and spent hours having fun and making memories. Natalie is thoughtful and thorough and even left a welcome basket for us which was incredibly sweet and we enjoyed very much! We enjoyed meeting Natalie and her husband during check-in and would definitely recommend this home and would love to visit again!

Wonderful Stay - August 2021

My wife and I enjoyed a 10-day stay here at the end of August. This is a bright, spacious, newly renovated home with a beautiful heated pool. The generous space provided lots of options for small and large groupings. A lot of care and thought went into the prep for rental here – there are 4 smart TVs, a pool table, a peloton bike, and a blue tooth sound system inside and out. Best of all, the house is part of a community association that offers access to 2 tennis courts, and a lovely, quiet, private beach on the Peconic Bay (a 5-10 minute walk from the house; 2 mins by bike or car). The location made it easy to explore the Hamptons and visit other local beaches as well. The hosts, Natalie and Andrew, were accessible, friendly, and very responsive when questions arose. We’d be delighted to return in the future.
