It features a spacious living room, TV, dining area, and a very well-equipped separate kitchen. A very pleasant loggia with a sofa facing east, bright and facing the beach and the residence's gardens. Two bedrooms with views of Mount Canigou and the inner harbor (two single beds & a double bed). Shower room and toilet.
Amenities: Dishwasher, built-in oven with ceramic hob. Microwave. Refrigerator. TV.
Swimming pool and secure parking in the residence, with a numbered space. High-quality amenities.
