Located on the third floor (without lift) of a small secure condominium in the city center, this 42m² apartment, invites you to take full advantage of the lively atmosphere of Concarneau.
From the entrance, you will be seduced by the natural light that bathes the modern kitchen (Senseo coffee pod maker) and semi-open. The latter overlooks a spacious entrance serving all the rooms of the apartment.
The living room welcomes you with a comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing, as well as an adjoining dining room. Then, the night part reveals itself and consists of a bedroom with a built-in closet, a modern shower room. Finally, a separate toilet complete the set.
