As soon as you arrive, you will be welcomed by a private, enclosed and peaceful garden, bathed in morning light, ideal for enjoying your breakfasts outdoors. To access the apartment, you will have to take a few steps. Upon entering the apartment, you will immediately be seduced by its volumes.
The centerpiece of Palermo is a vast open space where the fully equipped American kitchen and the welcoming living room combine harmoniously. Its layout promotes convivial moments while allowing you to stay connected with your family or friends while preparing delicious meals.
Continuing your visit, you will discover the two bedrooms located at opposite ends of the apartment, thus preserving everyone's privacy. A beautiful bedroom bathed in light with an adjoining laundry room on one side, and on the other, a master bedroom with its own bath and toilet. A second large bathroom area with walk-in shower and toilet completes this functional layout.
