This spectacular One- Bedroom suite measuring approximately 530 square feet features 1 Queen Bed, 1 Sofa Bed in the living room including a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry is in unit. Maximum of 4 occupants.

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. ET, and check-out time is 10 a.m. ET. The nearest airport to Cibola Vista Resort and Spa is Sky Harbor International (PHX) which is 42 miles by car respectively. Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people, if this becomes available we will upgrade your room without question and free of charge.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at Cibola Vista Resort and Spa, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

Construction:

Cibola Vista will be undergoing interior renovations Summer 2021. Phase 3a (Buildings 9&11) will be from 06/13 through 08/01. Phase 1 (Buildings 1-4) will be from 07/11 through 09/16. Available inventory will be utilized until out of order per the takedown schedule. Trades will conduct work from 8a - 6p, 6 days per week, excluding Sundays. Resort management expects some minor inconveniences for Owners, including reduced parking around work areas, dust & debris, and minor noise issues.

Limited parking on site at no charge, one vehicle per unit and overflow lot for RV and trailer. RV and trailer not permitted to park in main parking area.

***WIFI Fees***

Free unless high speed is requested that would cost $7.95 per device.

No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine.

unit was not what was pictured in the listing

The resort is nice- we have stayed there many times. It is a pain to have to fend off the attempts to sell you a time share every time you check in. The photos on the VRBO listing were not of the unit that we actual were assigned. Our unit was MUCH Smaller- so that is misleading (I thought VRBO would have had pictures of the actual unit they were advertising). The resort amenities were nice, which is why we have come back many times. But each time we come, the rooms are totally different and you never know what you are going to get in terms of accommodation. We thought we were getting a one bedroom with a king bed and a full sized kitchen. Instead we got a tiny kitchen and a bedroom with a queen bed. It was so cramped, my husband ended up sleeping on the sofa the whole week which aggravated his back problems. That has me thinking of staying somewhere else when I come back to Phoenix. I like to know what I am getting before shelling out the money for a week to 10 days on vacation.

The room

The property itself was very nice. The picture of the room we rented showed a full-size kitchen and living room which we are accustomed to renting. We ended up with a half kitchen a very small tv room. This did not match what was presented on line.
