We love Memphis, we love midtown, and want to share it with the world! We live just a few blocks away so if something should come up, we'll gladly help however we can.
We're happy to be as involved or uninvolved with your stay as you prefer!

If you’re a first time guest with us, we’ll meet you at check-in to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Memphis is a city of neighborhoods, something that gives Memphis such amazing and diverse character and culture! This house is located in Lea's Woods, a historic neighborhood that borders Overton Park, an amazing city park of old-growth forest. Broad Ave. Art District is a 5 minute walk with a number of great shops and dining.

We use keyless smart locks to access the property. You'll find access instructions in our digital guidebook that will be sent to you a few days before your arrival.

Driving or using a ride-sharing app is the best way to get around Memphis.

You'll have the entire property to yourself.
The home is 4BR/2.5BA. The guesthouse is 2BR/1BA (upstairs only).

The Crestmere Estate is a historic Tudor cottage that you’ll find pristine, private, spacious and conveniently located in midtown. In a historic neighborhood next to Overton Park and the Memphis Zoo, this is a highly sought after neighborhood so you’ll be in good company, finding yourself on a quiet street surrounded by other beautiful homes.

The home has a serene, heated, saltwater pool that is open year-around, as well as a beautiful English-style courtyard, all tucked away behind a 12 foot privacy fence.

Ride-sharing apps are recommended for getting around the city.

The pool is gated from the rest of the property, so guests can keep it closed if they prefer.

Absolutely amazing

Amazing location, amazing home, amazing hosts—this trifecta helped us to have the perfect balance of rest and relaxation and sightseeing fun for our Memphis vacation. The home was perfect for our family, giving space to sprawl and space to gather and connect. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals in. The pool and deck area—we were speechless and made such family memories there. The location was close to everything we needed. The digital guidebook, complete with recommendations, was so helpful, and the hosts were amazing. We would highly recommend this stay.

Fabulous Family Reunion House

This was an amazing place for our extended family to gather to share the Thanksgiving holiday. My husband's aged parents live in town, but no longer live in a house where they can accommodate all the kids and grandkids. This was a fantastic house with a lovely fireplace and a lovely holiday feel. The bed were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and elegant. The pool house made a great place for our two young married couples to stay slightly apart from the main house. All the amenities offered made it a very fun visit for everyone and every generation. The owners were very responsive and so generous and kind. I couldn't recommend it more- it was a superlative stay!

This home is absolutely amazing. The host was extremely attentive and responsive. The only bad thing that I have to say is that I didn’t get to stay long enough. I was only in Memphis for one night. I wish that I would’ve planned to be in the home longer. I will definitely be rebooking this home for another longer period of time.

My daughter and I (plus our dog kids!)

This was truly a magical experience. I could tell immediately this was going to be a great vacation home for us. From the homey yet absolutely beautiful historic features, the privacy, all the different spots on the property to brunch, relax and have fun was just the cherry on top. The hosts were accessible and rarely needed which is what everyone wants on their family stay. We will be back as long as they’d have us 😅🤗. I give a full “must” to anyone looking to book here.

So fun!

This property is fantastic! Our family enjoyed the house so much. Each room is uniquely decorated and furnished beautifully. We loved eating and hanging out in the comfy booth by the kitchen and the heated pool is amazing! We are planning on returning as soon as we can!

Fantastic Place

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Crestmere. You wont believe the backyard... it's an oasis. Inside was clean and perfect for our visit. Lots of stuff nearby. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Jake and Amanda for the hospitality.

21st Birthday Bash

From the time we saw the photos for this house, and how many people were allowed, we knew this was the right house for our son's 21st birthday trip. We were not let down. The house is exquisite, with plenty of room and amenities. The detached guest house worked out great for our son and his friends, while the adults and teens stayed at the main house. This house is close in proximity to Beale Street and Overton Square. Jake & Amanda are wonderful hosts and always stay in touch. Our family and friends fell in love with this house and definitely want to return.

We both come from the mid-west but have made our home in midtown Memphis.
Memphis is a city we've come to love and are very excited to share it with our guests!

Jake and Amanda both work at a local non-profits, while Amanda also runs her own wedding coordination business.

We both love to travel and eat delicious food. We enjoy cooking at home and are very much the DIY-types. So you'll find us working on home projects most weekends!

We love midtown and old houses. We like to stay busy with projects. We also like to travel! This home really captivated us! There was so much to work with but also so much opportunity to continue to refine the beautiful old home. We love the Tudor revival style and the quirks of historic homes.

The detail and history in this home is simply stunning. We are still discovering it's little beauties. ALSO... nothing beats a lazy afternoon floating in that pool!
