This is a charming 3 story condo located 1.7 Miles West of Mile High Stadium and Downtown Denver. This property is located just half a block away from the Light Rail station which can take you as far west as Golden, CO and as far east as the Denver International Airport. The A - Line will get you to Union Station and then go to the W - Line and it drops you off a half block from the place if you choose to take the light rail from the airport. This 2 Master Bedroom style condo will sleep 6 and has 3 full bathrooms with a half bath downstairs on the first floor. The comfortable layout will feel like home during any of Colorado's amazing seasons.

The automated door lock gets a little weird because of the seal and you may have to shake the handle pretty hard a time or two. Don’t hesitate to call.

The front door is electronic and can get a little sticky with the new door seal. Just pull or shake the handle a bit and it should be ok.

Great Stay!

Very nice 3 story condo and amenities. Location was good and train station in walking distance. Nick is a great host and quick to respond and offered suggestions for activities and restaurants. Rooftop was a plus for summer.

What a spectacular stay!

This townhouse is even more gorgeous than it appears on the listing. It is super well appointed, in a fantastic location, and a great spot from which to explore Denver. The owner, Nick, is so easy to work with, super responsive, and amazing. Oh, and the beds were heavenly. (The bunks in the one bedroom were queen beds!) I can't wait to return.

Spacious Stay in Denver

We stayed at at Nick's VRBO while attending a conference in Denver. We loved the fact that the three of us each had our own space and restrooms. We also enjoyed the deck during our stay. It was a pleasant stay and space had everything we needed.

Great stay!

We weren’t sure about the neighborhood when we first got there, but we felt safe (day and night) and it was very quiet. Good location to go downtown or to Red Rocks. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was very responsive when we needed toilet paper, which we got within 30 minutes of notifying her. Would recommend and stay again.

Overall a great experience!

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The townhome is very comfortable and luxurious. The property is located close to the train which makes traveling downtown quick and easy. The host was very communicative and generous. I would definitely reccomend.

Awesome week in Denver

Took my family down for a much needed vacation. The condo was in a great location. It was clean, neat and well organized for our stay. Very centrally located for any downtown Denver attractions. Owner was great to communicate with and answered all my questions timely. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone.

Great Stay in West Denver

Great condo with plenty of space and a great usable kitchen. Nick was very responsive to any needs we had. The condo is convenient to the train station for easy access to downtown. We spend New Years eve downtown and could quickly get back to the condo. We loved the three floors and the fireplace! The family spent great time together in the condo. thanks Nick!

Family vaction

The house was clean and modern. We enjoyed the great room making breakfast, watching football and playing games.The third bedroom upstairs was pretty warm and alittle uncomfortable on the hide-a-bed.

Great location for Broncos game.

As previous reviews have stated, this is a nice, newer place in an area going through redevelopment. Short Uber ride to Mike High. Nick is great to work with and very accommodating!! Overall a very good experience.

Week Getaway

The place itself is excellent. The location (It is very close to Empower Field, and we were there to go to a Broncos game) and the condition of this Condo are great. The Communication and amenities however, leave a lot to be desired. We did not receive check in or check out instructions, we had no idea how to get into the place when we arrived, and we had to make 3 calls to the owner to get the door code. Once we were situated, we sent several messages via the VRBO app relating to Wi Fi password, and the use of the televisions in the bedrooms. We had to search for several of the toiletries, and the owner took his sweet time responding to our requests (over 24 hrs). I would not stay here again, even though the location is ideal and the place is very nice.

Great place to stay

Stayed here with a couple of friends for a weekend golf trip. I would not hesitate to book this again in the future. Location was great and place was clean. Some of the surrounding area is a little rough and run down but was expected with it being so close to the downtown area. I would also mention that for anyone staying on the 3rd floor with the pull out bed it tended to be warmer than the first and 2nd floor. Heat rises so again it was to be expected.
