Property was clean, comfortable and completely stocked with everything you might need to have an enjoyable getaway! Really appreciated the information binder containing instructions and lists of restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend.

This condo is absolutely wonderful and Lynn was great to work with! The location was awesome and the condo itself had it all - two king-sized beds, a full kitchen, two full baths, a fire pit, an outside grill, etc.

Great Location and lots of space including deck and large fire pit. The host thought of everything you could need - firewood, fire starter, a hose close by to put it out. The beds were comfortable as were the living spaces. There were plenty of beach chairs as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Shawana, Thank you for the kinds words… We do supply coffee, it was in the cupboard above the Coffee Maker…. And we Lao supply 3 different cooking oils, one of which is Olive Oil…along with Pam Spray all were located above the stove along with extra roll of paper towels, and napkins if needed. Lovely townhome to stay in! The king size beds were comfortable. The patio balcony was the perfect place to enjoy our breakfast. We were just minutes away from restaurants and shopping! The host was very informative and very welcoming! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Townhouse, would definitely stay there again. Host was very informative and was right on top of all my messages sent. The only thing is the entrance driving into the driveway is hard to see the address at night , it definitely needs some type of lighting or flag to let you know when to turn.

This is a wonderful property. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. It has everything you need when flying in and have no extra supplies. Lynn is very gracious and was responsive to our questions. She provides a comprehensive guide book to assist you during your stay. I would recommend this property.

We had the BEST time staying at this home. It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was in a prime area that was near everywhere we wanted to go. Lynn was the best host! She was quick to respond and made our trip so much better. She had great recommendations. We will for sure be returning for another girls trip! The home had everything we needed in the kitchen and supplies for a beach day!

Our stay and weekend were wonderful! The townhome was clean, well cared for and located, offering amenities for all types of stays and visitors... individuals, families and/or friends. The lower level has comfortable furniture, games, dvds, a desk in front of a large window, backyard access to a firepit area, and entry to a two-car garage. The upper level has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, high-top table and chairs, and living room with a balcony facing west to enjoy the sunset. Lynn is thoughtful, responsive, and provides useful information about the many opportunities for adventure and fun to help you enjoy your visit!! The local wine and hand-written note were nice gestures, along with the early arrival invitation. Her Welcome Book includes events happening during your stay and lists of places to go and things to do in Saugatuck, Douglas and Fennville – restaurants, wineries, breweries, coffee, biking, golf, art, antiquing, rainy day options, groceries, etc. We enjoyed all three communities, as well as Holland, and couldn't have had better weather!!

The property was even better than the pictures. It was clean and smelled great. The beds were very comfortable. The back deck was perfect for relaxing during the evening. The kitchen had all we needed to make breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed dinner at Wickes Bar & Grill with music in the park for a bonus. The Barge Bar & Grill is fun and has great views. We took the chain ferry across and then hiked to Oval Beach. A great few days in Saugatuck. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We were in town for Tulip Festival. Location was great! Home was clean and perfectly stocked kitchen to make meals. Host has a detailed reference book on things to do in the area. It was a great resource. Saugatuck has a great downtown.

Place absolutely perfect. Comfortable beds, great linens , towels were plentiful and kitchen was fully stocked with all the extras. Beach chairs, umbrella will an extra bonus too. Nice patio, electric grill, fire pit. Garage parking and driveway holds 2-3 cars easily. Extra space in the game room was a plus. Great walking trails around and so easy to get into Saugatuck and areas around. We also attended a wedding at Ivy House and it was within walking distance. Could also walk every morning to Pennyroyale Cafe!!!! Great pasties and coffee. We would highly recommend this location.

This was a perfect place for our stay in Saugatuck. The condo was nicely decorated and the kitchen was set up well and had plenty of dishes and pans to make cooking easy if you choose to cook during your stay.
