Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you found communication and check-in smooth during your stay. I’m sorry to hear the home did not meet your expectations. The nearby train is disclosed in the listing description as well as in pre-arrival messaging, and we provide earplugs, sound machines, and fans in each room to help make guests more comfortable. Regarding the insect, unfortunately in the Gulf Coast climate an occasional palmetto bug can sometimes make its way indoors despite regular pest control treatments. I appreciate you sharing your experience and will continue working to improve the stay for future guests.
