The villa is in the residential area of ââ"O'Mullane bas" in the commune of Diamant. Located in a calm and relaxing environment, it enjoys a wide view of Cherry Point, Diamond Rock and Morne Larcher.
At a distance of about 350 meters you can enjoy the small unspoiled beach, ideal for swimming and collecting shells. But you might prefer to explore the stunning Diamant Beach, which is around 1800 meters away, or discover the many beaches accessible within a few minutes' drive.
A local shop is less than 700 meters away and the village of Diamant, with restaurants and small shops, is 1.5 km away.

The living room opens directly onto the terrace which faces a beautiful swimming pool, the dining area and an outdoor lounge, all enjoying the magnificent view of the sea and Cherry Point.
The villa also has a pétanque court, to be shared with neighboring villas, and accessible 100m away.
