Welcome to Del Canto, our luxury 3 bed/2 bath condo at DelCanto Condominium. Del Canto is a luxury hotel style condominium on one of the finest stretches of beaches on the Bay of Banderas,
This unit is a delightful, bright, fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom unit, offering spectacular ocean views from 2 bedrooms as well as the living room dining room and expansive balcony.
It is located on the 9th floor and offers great vistas and tranquility. Enjoy the fully equipped apartment and at night fall asleep in the ocean breeze to the sounds of the waves.
Del Canto offers full hotel style services which include a gated entrance with 24/7 security, valet service, covered parking and concierge services. Full luxury Spa, a gym, indoor/outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and restaurant with pool side service and room service.

Our spacious apartment of approx. 2,000 sq.ft. features open concept living room, dining room and full kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, full cutlery and dishes, pots, pans and a wide array of kitchen utensils. The unit also has a washer and dryer and ironing facilities.
The apartment offers Wi-Fi, Sky Satellite TV .
The living and dining room are very comfortably furnished. The living room also features a flat screen TV.
The master suite features a king bed and a full ensuite bath with large vanity, two sinks, walk in shower and separate toilet.
The second bedroom a queen size bed and
the third bedroom has three single size beds 2nd full bathroom is shared and is located outside and between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom.
The outside terrace is amazingly expansive. It features padded loungers, and 2 dining areas. The perfect spot for your afternoon siesta or dining al fresco!
Del Canto Complex features 2 extra large swimming pools. One, heated during the winter months and the other not. The heated pool also features a full restaurant with swim up bar. The restaurant menu is also available for room service to the apartment.
You will also find a putting green with bunkers on the grounds to practice your golf.
In the Lobby of Del canto at reception you will find information about the full service spa located in our complex. Pamper yourself! The services are wonderful!
A walk through our grounds takes you directly onto a beautiful sandy beach. Our beach has Blue Flag status which tells you that it is safe, clean and a great place for swimming!
Upon Check In: Del Canto HOA guests are required leave a fully refundable security deposit in the amount of $ 10,000.00 pesos exclusively with a CREDIT CARD.
This deposit is in order to guarantee compliance with the regulations and / or, in case of property damage, it will be used to pay the full amount of the repair.
