St. John was such a magical vacation and the house was absolutely part of it. From the very beginning to the very end, it was absolutely perfect. We never went out to eat at night because the deck and the view was so beautiful we didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a great stay at Nancy’s Folly. Kitchen had everything we needed. The place was very clean and tidy. The deck provided a fantastic view. Elise was very accommodating. She showed us grocery store locations on our way and great suggestions for restaurants.

Perfect for Couples

This place is perfect if you want to just get away with your partner or a small group. Plenty of room, close enough to town, real peaceful.

Beautiful property overlooking the turquoise waters of Rendezvous Bay. The property is also clean, cozy, and quiet.

Elise was an amazing host! She was 5 plus. Nancy's Folky was the perfect location with all we needed for home and the beach!!! The sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking! We will be back!!!

Great Find in Rendezvous Bay

Nancy’s Folly was a terrific spot for our family of 4. House was equipped with everything we needed and more for our spring break. Very clean and Elise the property manager was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Stay

Great property, beautiful views. Airconditioning in bedrooms only, but there's a great breeze in the living and kitchen area so we never got too hot. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful view of Rendezvous Bay. Easy access to Cruz Bay restaurants and shopping. Provided everything you could need with Property manager living below for additional requests or questions. Great relaxing vacation!

Perfect condo for St John

This is a perfect condo for a family of 4 on St John. Well stocked kitchen and perfect balcony. Great communication with Elise (the property manager) and she made sure we had everything we needed for the beach.

Serenity in St. John's

My husband, sister-in-law and brother-in-law stayed here for a week in this lovely well equipped rental with a fabulous view overlooking Rendezvous Bay. From the start, Elise was most helpful. We loved every minute here!

Great Place on St John’s

Everything was fantastic on the trip. The location, views, accommodations, especially the nice large kitchen, the long deck and great furniture for lounging and playing cards. Our host was super friendly and informative. Planning to come back next year.

Beautiful gem of a get away!

This was a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need right at your fingertips! It was sparkling clean and comfortable. Views off the balcony were stunning and the neighborhood was charming and quiet - tucked away from the main areas, but close enough to access the whole island! A beautiful gem of a get away for our family vacation!

A week at Nancy's folly in st john

Place was absolutely perfect for me and my family , couldnt have asked for anything more , location was great not far at all from town or beaches but still quiet the view is amazing Elise was amazing verry helpful ,happy host. When we come back we wont be looking for another place thats for sure .

Beautiful island getaway!

This property was outstanding! Spacious, clean, and just breathtaking views. The big porch overlooking the water is so peaceful and relaxing. Elyse made sure we had everything we needed and even had floats and snorkels for our children. When we arrived on the island, Elyse made sure there was someone waiting for us to show us the way to the villa. 5 stars all the way for Nancy's Folly!

Nice Villa!

We enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s Folly. Jackie was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to a couple of minor issues during our 9 day stay. The Villa agency made our taxi reservations for us removing one layer of travel planning for us! The views are quite beautiful from the Villa and it’s in a very convenient location. All in all a wonderful visit.

Nice!

Great stay. St John is absolutely amazing. Very clean property. Driveway is a bit tricky but doable. Couple minor issues that were promptly handled. Met us at the ferry to take us to the property which was quite helpful. Overall great stay!

We’re pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the property with how clean and fresh everything is. Extremely well stocked kitchen etc. And of view is unbelievable. thanks so much for sharing your home with us for the week.
