This home was very clean and exactly as described in the add, had all the amenities we needed. Check in and check out was a breeze and communication and messages from the host was thorough but not invasive. It’s close to everything but far enough away to feel private. Close proximity to NAU which was perfect for our visit. I highly recommend staying here.

Nice pet friendly place to stay in Flagstaff. House was clean. Well stocked. Access to the garage was nice. Right off old Route 66 so great to get out and explore.

We really enjoyed our stay at pico in the pines. The house was super clean and well appointed- it had everything that we needed. We love coming up to flagstaff each summer! We would definitely recommend pico in the pines!

This place was perfect for our family of five. The dogs enjoyed the enclosed backyard and the neighborhood was very cute. It was spacious and the house was easily labeled where we could find everything for cooking a meal or watching a movie. We would definitely come back!

This rental property is a gem! The kitchen is very well appointed and made cooking meals easy. I was impressed with the amount of Pyrex glassware available for left overs! The beds are very comfortable. The overall layout of the home is great for a couple, girlfriend weekend away or a family. The backyard feels very private and the patio furniture was quite comfy. The backyard being fully and securely fenced in was a plus since I brought my dog along. The location is awesome too. Feels somewhat remote but stores and restaurants are right down Route 66 within a mile or two. Downtown Flagstaff is maybe 3 miles away. Would stay here again!

This was the nicest house we have ever rented through VRBO. It was clean, well appointed and not run down. Christina was able to let us in a few minutes before the scheduled time.

We were in town to visit the kid at NAU. The house was great, we loved the neighborhood. Very clean, very quick and easy to get to campus, downtown, etc.

We had such a great stay here! Communication with the owners was excellent—they were quick to respond and very accommodating. The home was comfortable and perfect for our trip. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Flagstaff!

This property was super clean and had everything we needed for 6 adults. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. It was close to downtown with only a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. I'd definitely recommend this as a rental. The outside fireplace was an extra star! We made s'mores and enjoyed gathering around it with food and drinks. Come and stay here.

Everything that was in the description was spot on. Very clean house. Very well appointed kitchen, everything you could need was there. Comfortable chairs and couch. Outside patio was great. Swivel chairs and couches by fir pit. All very neat and tidy. The beds were very comfortable. Three full baths are great to have with a large group. The neighborhood was minutes from downtown Flagstaff. Great location. Quiet neighborhood!! Highly recommend this home for any season!The owners respond time was minutes!
