Located on 6.5 acres of Sonoran desert nestled up against the Agua Fria River with panoramic mountain views within Black Canyon City. The 2,400 sq ft, 2-story home is capable of comfortably hosting large families or groups up to 10. A fenced in court yard and river bed access is one of many attractions that make this location appealing.
This home is fully equipped with everything guests need for an unforgettable vacation. Thoughtfully updated features maximize comfort while preserving elements of southwestern décor, allowing guests to fully experience the charm of the rural desert setting.
Guests enjoy seamless self check-in and check-out with a personalized electronic keypadâno host interaction required. Evenings can be spent soaking in the fresh desert air while taking in river views and vibrant sunsets, followed by stargazing under clear desert skies. For added relaxation, a private hot tub is available to reserve for an additional fee, offering the perfect way to unwind after a day of adventure.
The spacious property provides ample parking for multiple vehicles, RVs, and trailers. A NEMA 14-50 electrical outlet is available in the parking area for charging electric vehicles or RVs (additional cost applies for both hot tub use and electric vehicle/RV charging). Exterior 24-hour recording security cameras are installed for added comfort and peace of mind during your stay.
Start your mornings with coffee on the shaded porch as the sun rises, surrounded by the songs of local birdlife. During the heat of the day, retreat indoors to one of two expansive entertainment areas: a 15â x 25â upstairs media room and a 17â x 30â downstairs game room. Born and raised in Black Canyon City, this community holds a special place for me. Most of my family resides in this region of Arizona and is a community we return to multiple times a year. My grandparents built this home so when I was able to purchase it, I wanted to be able to share this with other travelers. Short-term renting was our opportunity to be able to afford keeping this home in our family and also help attract travelers to the community. The rural setting and natural surroundings, make this home and community an appealing opportunity for families that wish to still have the logistical conveniences of urban development near but experience the quiet and calm vibes of rural living.
