Beautiful Home, Great Location and Host

Our family needed a last minute rental for the weekend and we could not have found a more perfect place. This home was beautiful, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to everything. In addition, the host was very friendly, communicative, and accommodating. Perfect for anyone looking for the Burlington, VT experience with a comfortable place to come home to each night.

Easy location to go brewery touring

Clean and comfortable, not fancy, but functional. Good location to travel around and visit breweries in the area- that was the focus or our trip to the Burlington area.

Perfect House

My husband, daughter studying at UVM and I rented this house for the weekend to celebrate her birthday. The house is well stocked, really comfortable beds, and extremely clean. The neighborhood is a great location, very walkable. We were close to the grocery store and it was easy to find. I would recommend the house, it was perfect for us.

Perfect little place

I was in Burlington visiting my daughter for her birthday. She wanted to see the dog so I found this adorable place. The owner even put up a happy birthday banner and left us a few treats! I would definitely stay again...

Great Rental

My husband & I enjoyed staying at this house while visiting our daughter at college. It is nicely renovated and full of 'extra' things one might need like toiletries and items in the kitchen. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It is in a lovely neighborhood close to many fast-food options. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Getaway

Our trip to Vermont was perfect - in large part due to our stay at this property. The location provided easy access to key sites, restaurants, trails and the lake. It was quiet, people were friendly, and it was great for walking our dogs. Kathryn was responsive - providing us with recommendations and checking in quickly when we had questions. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We hope to go back soon!

Clean, but where is the love ?

Clean and quiet, located in a friendly neighborhood but lightings are cold and excessively bright, felt like staying at a Staples store. Bathroom is quite old and the shower is shabby. This rental is way too expensive considering the cold empty vibe. The basement is creepy.

Convienient to Burlington AND Dog Friendly

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was exactly what we needed as a place to rest between various visits out in the Burlington area. We hit a bit of a heat wave, so were thankful for the AC (so were our dogs!). Also, many little details that are not always offered in other rentals. The linens/towels/tp/soap...all those little things that make staying away from home so much easier.

Hi! My name is Kathryn and I am a native Vermonter. Although I have lived in several different parts of the country, I always made my way back to Vermont. I enjoy outdoor activities and maintain an active lifestyle. Living in Burlington allows me to enjoy all four seasons; taking advantage of paddle boarding and savoring the lake in the summer and running and skiing in the winter.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This adorable property is my former home. My favorite part about living here was the front porch - nothing beats a cocktail and people watching with the dogs in the summer. I also really liked the easy access to trails and the quick walk up to Overlook Park to catch an evening sunset. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, and provides easy access to the interstate.

I really enjoy hosting and have been renting my property since December of 2020. I strive to provide an excellent experience for my guests and am easily available if needed. I look forward to hosting you!
