Home away from home. This house has a cozy relaxed feeling. When you arrive, you can safely store your vehicle in the garage and check in easily with a keypad at all entrances. If you're traveling with a dog, a portion of the backyard has wire fencing - simply open the garage door to let pets out to play. The house is located in a highly desirable neighborhood and is perfect for those with an active lifestyle. A short walk/bike ride connects to the Burlington Bike Path and Overlook Park.
If you're looking for a bright, comfy, and quiet place to enjoy with your friends, family, and four legged buddies, then look no further! This house is located within a safe and highly desirable area tucked away from noise yet is conveniently located near the interstate and major stores. The king and queen size beds are inviting with comfortable bedding for a great night sleep. The kitchen is well-appointed with a new stainless steel oven/stove and dishwasher. You will find a Keurig with pods as well as Mr. Coffee, pots and pans, mugs, glasses, and wine glasses. For those traveling with a dog, the backyard offers a small fenced in area. Additionally, there are numerous trails with access from the neighborhood. In the summer months enjoy the porch for coffee, cocktails, and snacks with your favorite people. Please note, the second bathroom is located in the basement of the home.

Hi! My name is Kathryn and I am a native Vermonter. Although I have lived in several different parts of the country, I always made my way back to Vermont. I enjoy outdoor activities and maintain an active lifestyle. Living in Burlington allows me to enjoy all four seasons; taking advantage of paddle boarding and savoring the lake in the summer and running and skiing in the winter.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
This adorable property is my former home. My favorite part about living here was the front porch - nothing beats a cocktail and people watching with the dogs in the summer. I also really liked the easy access to trails and the quick walk up to Overlook Park to catch an evening sunset. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, and provides easy access to the interstate.
