Hi John, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lagoon closure. We regret any lack of clarity and want to assure you that transparency is a priority for us. The information about the lagoon closure was highlighted, just after the initial description of the home and before the key features. We appreciate your feedback, and it helps us continually improve our communication. On a positive note, we're excited to share some great news with you! The lagoon and beach, which were temporarily closed, will be reopening in the next few days. We hope you have the opportunity to experience and enjoy these amenities on your next visit. Don't hesitate to reach out to our team directly when you're ready to come back and we'd be more than happy to assist! We have lots of homes to choose from, and if you book directly you'll save money as a returning guest! Thanks again for choosing Red Rock Vacation Rentals. :)

Julie, So glad that you had a great experience overall. We had NO idea the listing agent was showing up on you and we would NEVER allow that. We are so, so sorry! We have contacted them immediately. Thanks for letting us know!
