Changes in L’Attitude is casual, beach-front luxury at its best. Enjoy this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a fully equipped and newly updated kitchen, a spacious, open-concept living and dining room, and a huge, covered balcony—all just steps from a natural, white-sand beach.

Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves breaking on the reef. Stroll on the beach with your morning coffee. Lounge or swim laps in the chlorine-free pool. Take a dip in the hot tub. Enjoy 7 acres of beautiful tropical landscaping. Dine al fresco on the balcony, and then watch the moon rise over the sea.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with two separate vanity areas. The second bedroom has a queen-size and a twin bed, along with a newly updated ensuite bathroom. The unit has a full-size washer and dryer, a smart TV with cable and streaming access, free wifi, and air conditioning.

Located on the North shore in the popular, smoke-free, gated community of Pelican Cove, Changes in L’Attitude is just 10 minutes from the Christiansted boardwalk restaurants, shops, and historic Fort Christiansvaern. St. Croix Getaway

Mary and Phil were extraordinary hosts, and their property is perfection! The condo unit itself was lovely, and exactly as pictured and described. Mary and Phil provided every possible item we could need, including coolers, bags and beach chairs, not to mention every kitchen utensil and gadget you could imagine. Everything was very thoughtful; Mary and Phil provided a very helpful note about the property as well as things to do in St. Croix, and their recommendations were spot on! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at their condo and on the beautiful island of St. Croix, and highly recommend this unit and these hosts!

Exceptional Stay!

We had an amazing time with our family of 5 at this condo. The amazing views, all the amenities, and the layout of the place fit our needs perfectly. It was a short drive from the downtown area, all the snorkeling spots, and convenient to get to from the airport. Would stay here again for sure!

Extended stay

We’ve been coming to St. Croix and staying in Pelican Cove Condos for 2 months every year for the past 4 years. This was by far the nicest, cleanest condo we’ve stayed in yet. We couldn’t have wanted for anything more. Everything we needed was provided, and in perfect order. The owners were always available to answer questions and were very considerate and responded promptly. Pelican Cove is our favorite place to stay, and when we return to the island this is the condo we’ll want to stay in, hands down! Thank you to the Wolfs for allowing us to enjoy their beautiful place!

Absolutely Wonderful!

We brought our kids for the first time to VI and we loved the stay here, right on the beach, well manicured, and wonderful condo. Everything you can ask for was in that kitchen and organized, as a mom this is amazing! We loved how close the boardwalk was to our location and how prompt the hosts were to our communication of the island. We will be back!

The condo was very comfortable. The 3rd floor balcony provided amazing views. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we would need. They provide beach chairs and other items to use during your stay.

Great getaway!

Had a wonderful visit over Christmas! Having easy access to a small beach was a real plus. The condo was well supplied, even to the point that we had bought some cooking supplies that were already present (maybe go to the condo first before shopping). Really nothing to complain about :)

Awesome

Stayed for a week with my adult son and his gf. The condo and grounds are beautiful. Ocean views while sitting on the balcony with my coffee. The pool is large and clean. Everything was as described. Plenty of beach towels too. St Croix is a beautiful island and it was super easy to find the condo and get settled in.

St Croix was the island destination after cancelling travel to Maui. Although the island itself didn’t 100% meet our expectations, Mary & Phil’s place was a great getaway from our getaway! Gated community, great views with beach and pool access, and an almost fully remolded condo! We were beach and condo bums and It was the best part of our trip!

Nothing Short of Perfect!

This condo was perfect for our family! The owners thought of everything! It was conveniently located near the boardwalk and town of Christiansted as well as the Palms Hotel next door for easy meals and entertainment. The grounds were beautiful and very quiet and peaceful. The owners were so communicative, responsive, and super helpful/insightful! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay for our first visit to St. Croix! I would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful!

Condo is exactly as shown. Well-appointed & comfortable. Has everything you need. Nicely stocked with extra linens & towels. Property feels secure in a beautiful gated community. Some other properties on the Northside struggle with Sargasso, but Pelican Cove seems to escape it. Great location close to main town of Christiansted for eating & shopping. Wonderful!

We booked this condo for a graduation trip with our 22 and 18 year old daughters. We were a little nervous that there were no reviews, but what a find! The furniture was beautiful, new, and clean. Very Pottery Barn/Tommy Bahama. Comfortable beds and pillows with nice sheets and bed spreads. Huge tv with cable and streaming capabilities. The beach/pool towels were big and soft. They even had a few beach bags to carry your gear down to the beach or in our case used to haul towels for our snorkel trip to Buck Island. The kitchen looked recently remodeled and had everything you would need to cook and serve a large family. We cooked breakfast every morning and used the grill on the balcony to cook some lobsters. We visited during spring break however we rarely saw more than one or two people on the beach or at the pool. Condo complex was very quite. Loved having coffee on the balcony and listening to the birds and waves every morning and watching the resident iguanas and chickens scoot around. The location is about 10min from Christiansted and 25-30min from either end of the island. We rented a car to travel around. The beach directly in front of the condo is beautiful but is very shallow water that breaks on reef. Not great for snorkeling, but perfect for sitting on the beach and checking out the tiny fish, snails, and crabs on the rocks, or lounging on the available chairs. We walked next door to a deeper area in front of the Pelican resort to snorkel. So many fish and corals to see. And we were able to grab a drink and lunch while close to the resort. The only negative would be the A/C window units are a little loud but worked well to keep us cool. Great condo will definitely rent again!!! Thank you for sharing your home!

Second visit to STX and Changes in L’Attitude!

My family of five with 3 girls had another amazing visit to the island of STX. Communication with the host/owner was very timely and friendly. The unit we have stayed now twice has all the amenities you require plus several extras to keep everyone of all ages entertained. Be advised it is on the 3rd floor with no elevators.The property in general is well kept but showing its age. The beach is very close which is a must for us. It is sargassum season so the usability of the beach this trip was hindered. The best part of visiting STX is to “beach hop” and there are several of the worlds most beautiful beaches all within a short 20 min drive all which lack the sargassum. Try beaches that are on the northwest and western side of the island.Our favorites are: Mermaid Beach(part of the Buccaneer resort, Cane Bay and Rainbow. *Sandy point if you visit during the correct season. The best value we found for groceries was Cost U Less. However Food Town (closest) has anything you would need (at a cost
)Restaurants are nearby but were not suitable for my children’s picky palettes. AMA, Rhythms, Mermaid Cafe, The Landing and Caroline’s are all crowd pleasers as was Duggan’s Reef.Again, Phil is a great, responsive host and the property and unit, while aging, have everything you could want/need. If you’re really visiting STX to stay in your condo the entire trip, you’re doing it wrong in my opinion. This island is meant to be explored. Thank you to the Wolfs!

Beautiful Family Vacation

This condo is unbelievable. The pictures do not do it justice. It's huge! The condo has everything you could possibly need and more. The kitchen is completely updated and well equipped. Both bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable furnishings. The location is perfect. It's close to Christensted and only a 25 minute drive to Fredericksted and other beaches. The owners are amazing to work with. They answered all of our questions and then some. They gave us great recommendations which made our stay even more amazing.

Stress Free and Comfortable

This was a very nice VRBO. They had everything we needed for comfort and the condo was clean. There are three flights of stairs, however that is as advertised.

Lovely stay!

We had a great stay at this condo for Spring Break with our three kids. We had more than enough room for everyone to find some personal space after long days of sightseeing. We loved the rustic beach and spent many hours at the pool. Condo had everything we needed. Thanks for hosting us; we'll be back!

Great location

Just a 12 minute drive to Christainsted. Myself, my husband and 3 kids(14-16 years old) stayed at the condo. Perfect accommodations for us. We ate at Shupe’s, The Mill, Brew STX, the Chicken Shack, Nate’s Boathouse and Cream & Co for ice cream. We hiked to Jack’s Bay (super chill beach), and snorkeled at Issac’s Bay. We also went to Rainbow Beach, Sand Castle beach, and Cane’s Bay. We did try snorkeling at Fredericksted’s Pier. We liked the St. Croix market best for groceries but went to Food Town too. Excellent vacation! Thanks.

Piece of Paradise

Wow! This place is amazing! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay Changes in L'Attitude. Photos accurately depicted condo. Condo was clean, comfortable and spacious for my family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked and even had a few bottles of Cruzan rum for us to sample. I loved the convenience of coolers, beach chairs and beach towels already in the condo for use during our stay. Balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffees or evening beverages. Location was central to any day trip on the island and only a few minutes to the Christiansted Pier. Titan Service Station/Mini Mart at entrance to neighborhood has great banana bread and good local beer selection with friendly staff. Also the beach (not really suitable for swimming) is only a few steps away, has one of the best views on the island and is a great place to relax and read a book. Thanks to the Wolf Family for sharing this paradise with us!
