Villa Tucán is situated at the top of Cerro Fresco, Playa Hermosa. This breathtaking house is ideal for group activities and offers astonishing views of Playa Hermosa and Jaco. This Villa has its own fully equipped kitchen, dining, and comfortable lounge. It has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and a terrace to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. From the living areas, kitchen, deck, and infinity pool you will have an impressive view of the Pacific Ocean as well of the jungle

Perched atop the hill of Cerro Fresco with an ocean view of Playa Hermosa, this villa has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 Bathrooms, and TV with cable. The living area has a sliding glass door that opens to a view of the pacific ocean. The modern kitchen is fully equipped.

The living room, kitchen and all bedrooms are equipped with AC units. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Around the infinity pool you will find tables with a stunning ocean view of Playa Hermosa and the surrounding mountains and forest.

A 4x4 car is recommended, however, in a sedan you would still be able to get to the house just a bit slower

Our host will provide you with expert advice on the finest restaurants, and the best adventure tours. The town of Jaco with its wide variety of shopping, restaurants, bars, casinos, market stands, and sportfishing fleet is less than 15 minutes drive from the villa.

Beautiful house and perfect location!

Property was well maintained and fully equipped with everything we needed. The views were amazing!! Keylor with the property management company responded quickly to any questions we had and was super helpful booking several excursions for our group. Can’t wait to come back!!

Paradise in the Mountain and Beach

Beautiful property in the mountains and forest near Hermosa and Jacó Beach. We stayed for 4 whole days enjoying the surroundings, the house and the pool. Nearby is Jacó City which has very good restaurants, supermarkets and the Jacó Walk Mall. Property managers were awesome, always on top of anything we needed. We are planning to come back soon.

Worth the Drive

The property was beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay. We had a few minor issues but Danny attended to them immediately so it wasnt a problem. The pool was great. It is up the side of the mountain which took about 15 minutes to drive up but we knew that so it wasn't unexpected. I would stay there again. It is a 5/5 property

Great place, but remote. Appliance and power issues need resolving.

This is a really great place to stay. Spacious rooms, clean, and awesome views. The staff is friendly too. On our first day evening we realized that the freezer was not working and that there was no ice. Nobody delivers to this place except Pizza patta as this is quite remote. On day 3, we lost power for about 5 hours. Excellent property, but approach road is dirt road for almost a mile.

Beautiful Home!

This house is beautiful and was perfect for our stay. The hosts stayed in touch (via text and not obtrusive) during our stay to ensure that all was well and indeed it was! Beautifully appointed and the views were jaw-dropping. You can see the ocean in the distance and faintly hear the waves crashing on the beach. Toucans, iguanas, monkeys, and beautiful birds could be seen off the balcony. We enjoyed sitting outside to visit and eat every day by the pool. The road up to the house is steep but doable. Be sure to rent a 4-wheel drive vehicle. It is definitely worth it!

Family retreat

Home was awesome - clean and just as in pictures. We were there in February so it was dry - if rainy, will need 4wd. Only issue we had was we lost water a couple times for hours -- property manager responded via text/call -- not sure it was on property issues or neighborhood supply issues. If we did not experience the water issues - it would have been perfect. Will plan on staying again - but will review to see if others are having water issues, or if it was just when we were there.

Great house

Went to Jaco for a birthday trip and had an amazing time. The house was as it described in pictures and the property manager was easy to contact and able to set up transportation to and from the airport. Help with excursions really had a great time and the views from the house were amazing.

Great getaway

House was wonderful and fully stocked. The individual rooms were far enough from each other to give needed privacy. Unfortunately, the A/C in one of the rooms did not work and the road to get to the house is a bit rough.
