Welcome to Villa Chloé
your ideal vacation oasis on the island of Saint-Martin. Located in the peaceful residential area of Cul-de-sac, opposite Pinel Island, this residence offers much more than a sea view: it invites you to literally dive into the crystal clear waters.
This spacious villa consists of three comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a king size bed, storage space, TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan. You will also find two shower rooms with toilets, as well as a large living room including a fully equipped open kitchen.
Outside, a shaded relaxation area invites you to relax, with a large dining table for convivial meals. Continue your getaway under the Caribbean sun by relaxing on the deckchairs by the pool, before ending on a teak beach with direct access to the sea.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we provide you with everything you need to enjoy the beach: towels, masks, snorkels, fins, as well as two kayaks and a paddle, with life jackets for children. Additionally, we will be happy to provide you with a list of contacts to facilitate your stay, whether for car rentals, boat trips, restaurant recommendations or advice on the best beaches on the island.
Free parking nearby gives you peace of mind, while little welcome touches await you upon arrival to enhance your stay from the start.
Cleaning and exit linen are included in your stay for optimal comfort.
However, please note that, as on any island, infrastructure (water and electricity) may occasionally experience disruptions, but we strive to minimize their impact on your experience.
