Our condo has a spa-like bathroom, modern kitchen and huge patio.

Built in 2018, this boutique residence is very vacation rental friendly. The unit is spacious, with a fully equipped modern kitchen and a washer and dryer. The den area contains a pull out sofa and home office set up. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout along with two 55-inch HDTV's. Furnishings were designed by Miami's Steven G.

We maintain the highest standards for safety and cleaning. All Covid protocols are followed. Our cleaning staff is from the mega-yacht industry and 5 star white glove service is performed prior to every check-in.

Stunning new construction 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with balcony on Fort Lauderdale beach comes with free wifi, fantastic amenities, and only a short walk to the beach. We also have a full size QUEEN SIZE murphy bed that is super comfortable and in a private area within the condo.

CHECK-IN:
For all guests staying at the condominium, the association requires guests to fill out Covid19 paperwork, submit and ID, and complete a transient form before arrival. This registration form will include guest & party information, vehicle registration form, and an acknowledgment of the condo associations rules & regulations.

**Please note that we will need this completed at a minimum of 72 hours prior to check in to send over to the condominium.
