Lasata 3401-3403, otherwise known as our new "Suite Sunshine" Baytowne Wharf condo is conveniently located on the North side of the prestigious Sandestin® Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida. The soft tones, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, new furniture, and modern decor is incredibly relaxing to come home to after a fun day in the sun or after a day-long conference at the nearby conference center within walking distance of the property. Comfy seating including a sofa sleeper couch, flat screen TV, and balcony access are amazing amenities you'll find in the main living space. Enjoy a vacation cocktail on you private, wrap-around balcony offering peek-a-boo views of the Choctawhatchee Bay! A dining table and barstools are provided alongside the fully-stocked kitchen so you can share all the comforts of home. From a fridge/freezer and dishwasher to a blender and coffee maker, you'll have all the appliances you could need along with cookware, dinnerware, and drinkware. Your master bedroom oasis is calling your name - can you hear it? A large comfy king size bed welcomes you in for a relaxing night's sleep. You'll find a spacious second bedroom with a king bed as well. The third room will have two queen beds that provide enjoyable accommodations.
