Located just 25 minutes North of Davenport in Deer Meadows on Lake Roosevelt. We are restoring the golf course property that has been closed for many years, come join us and share these spectacular views! Rooms are ready now and full restaurant and bar to open later in the year Just min away from multiple boat launches and swimming holes. A great family friendly place to stay!

Perfect for Our Family Reunion!!!

Huge thanks to Tanya for being so hospitable and welcoming! Our family so enjoyed our stay! We booked multiple rooms and every amenity was just as promised! We were so happy with our stay!

Comfortable Room

We stayed two nights so we could take a pontoon boat from Lake Roosevelt Adventures. The location was close about a mile and a half. The room was perfect for only using it at night otherwise there is not a lot of room, but otherwise was great. The restaurant/bar was nice with some great pizza. Would stay again if in the area.

New Property, Nice view, but not quite ready for prime time.

This is a new property and the area around the property is still under a bit of construction. It was a bit noisy with ATVs rolling by next store, but the view was great. The rooms do need some work. There were dead bugs on the floor and the towels were like construction grade white towels - very rough and thin. My daughter and I paid for two queen bedroom and got a single bed. We ended up taking two rooms when we arrived since we didn't have the entry codes and got two rooms instead of one. Once they figure out these kinks, I'm sure it will be a good property to stay at while going to Lake Roosevelt.
