Okeanides Villas is a new complex of villas, consisting of four uniquely designed luxurious villas, Villa Dioni, Villa Elektra, Villa Kalypso and Villa Pitho. Each holiday villa provides a modern, comfortable, safe & spacious internal & external living environment.

Villa Kalypso combines the traditional island architecture with some modern touches. Its view combines the mountain and the waters of the Sea of Crete. In wintertime you can relax in the comfortable lounge next to the fireplace and in summer you can cool off in the green garden’s private pool. Fantastic Holidays - All you can wish for !

The house was clean and as advertised. House thrones on the mountain above the main street from Heraklion to Rhethymno with stunning views and an fantastic sunset. Poolarea is great. Close to as many as 6-7 beaches close-by and more in the area. Small town - Bali - a couple of kilometres away - very nice beaches and restaurants. Really recommendable place. Not mentioned in the advertisement is the great service received: - breakfast - every day - Greek-international with crepe, salad, fruits, eggs in many variations etc, toast with cheese, ham, marmelade, honey etc. and not to forget fresh cake .... - cleaning every two days. Also - very good communication from the agency and great tips around the area, activities, shopping, restaurants.

Great house

We (father and two teenage daughters) had a very nice 10 days stay in the fully equiped villa Kalypso. The house is very comfortable and has a great view. The pool is fantastic. Delicious breakfasts prepared by the house-keeper Yannis, who is always willing to fulfill your wishes. Points of attention. The main road below the hill is not noisy, but can be heard well from the terrace. And the two bed roams downstairs have thinner matresses (less appropriate for adult persons). Luckely this was solved by Yannis by providing a topper on the matresses. One of these bed room is located in a more general space so cannot be closed (less privacy). Therefore, my general reward by a 4,5 star.

You also can hike in the picturesque paths around the villas, up and down the hill slope. Visit the famous tourist resort of Bali, at a distance of 6,5 km, where you can swim in any of its beautiful beaches, have fun with watersports and water games, dine at the local restaurants, enjoy your drink in the evening and do your shopping.
