Let the sound of the waves crashing in the distance be Mother Earth's alarm clock and head over to the fully-equipped kitchen to treat yourself and your guests to a marvelous breakfast! The kitchen is complete with all the essentials, including a dishwasher to take care of the dishes after mealtime is over. The balcony is the perfect place to start your day–brew a steamy cup of coffee, enjoy the views, and get ready for more adventures! If you'd like to admire the views from another point of view, this condo offers a telescope, which is located in the bedroom's closet. Come back from the beach or one of the many pools to snuggle up on the sofa and watch your favorite show or the news on the flatscreen TV with cable while the washer/dryer on site takes care of your sandy swimming suit. Feel free to bring your laptop along as this condo offers a convenient desk and access to high-speed WiFi and internet!

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowboard community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! Additionally, we host an annual Wine & Cheese reception with giveaways at both Patricia Grand and Bay Watch in mid-February.

Wedding Stay

First night,we were faced with horrible conditions of the property that left us uncomfortable. We were in need of a relocation of another room. Which took about 12 hours. Which we are grateful for. This was very stressful time when having a vacation for a wedding party.

Pleasant Stay - Facility GREAT A+ - the score is for the room -

Overall this was a 3/5 stars - not great , but not really bad either . Beds do need replacing , AC is not working ( fan doesn't come on ) and a deep clean wouldn't go a miss - on the surface everything appears clean - but when you look closer its more on the dirty side.

Nothing like the pictures

This place was a mess, we get there and our door and rusty and gross. On top of that, there were 2 spots with ripped carpet, it smelled like cat urine, the couch was ripped and wasn't the same one shown in the pictures. The bed frames are bent and the beds do not fit right on them, the headboard fell off of the wall behind my kids bed. The queen beds if you say near the top would flip up at the bottom, all the plugs in the unit were lose and everything would fall out of them. The table was lose and unstable, we used to toaster and it had so much crumbs in it from previous users that it set the smoke alarms off, the fridge did not close properly at all. When trying to gather up toys, there were condoms found by my kids behind the bedside table. The key card reader hardly work and getting a new key card made no difference at all. We were told by security to get out of the pool because someone had puked in it, maintenance came out and poured chemicals in the pool and then put up signs saying it was closed. 4 days later and the chunks were still in the pool and the hotel desk is trying to say it never happened when we have pictures of it. There is nothing for handicapped parking but a crap ton of 15 minutes, the parking garage isn't connected to the hotels so we had to park on the 6th level multiple times and walk to the hotel because people were double parked as well as people taking up handicap parking without proper signage. Parking garage elevator would not take you to level two, the button just refused to work. There were multiple people who were smoking poolside and nothing was said. I could go on for a while about how awful this place was and how much I feel like we basically scammed out of our money.

So outdated

The rooms were terribly outdated. All the mattresses need replaced. Huge dips in them. It’s like you’re sleeping in a coffin. The ice maker doesn’t work right. It was pretty clean for what it was. The Hotel was nice just needs updating. I would not stay here again. Not worth the money we spent here.
