La Grande Verdette residence is located along "Marmottes" slope which allows you to reach the snow front and the main ski lifts in a few seconds. Arrival and departure on skis at the foot of the residence.
Pedestrian access to the station takes just a few minutes!
This is a new residence is delivered to fall 2024.
This 53mÂČ apartment offers warm decoration and high quality materials.
An indoor parking space (basement of the residence) is reserved for you.
You have a ski locker with boot dryer which opens directly onto the Bellard chairlift.
The apartment is made up of a living room opening onto a balcony South exposition.
The living room offers a living room - dining room and an equipped kitchen.
A first bedroom is equipped with a 160 bed.
A second bedroom also offers a 160 cm bed.
Finally, the third bedroom offers 2 beds of 90 x 190 in bunk beds.
A bathroom and a separate toilet complete this apartment.
NO WIFI . PETS NOT ALLOWED. NON SMOKING APARTMENT.
