The dolphin house was so amazing!! It was a very comfortable house and we enjoyed every minute. It made our wedding all the more special to spend it with friends and family playing card games on the lanai with ocean waves in the background!!

Perfect in every way! This lovely home on the ocean exceeded our expectations and provided an ideal location for our family during the IRONMAN World Championship race. We enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful interior and exterior spaces and comfortable bedrooms. This home was clean and well-equipped with ample space and everything we needed. Communication with the host was great. No issues whatsoever. We would love to return and highly recommend this home! Thank you!!

We loved our week's stay at Dolphin House. It's elegant and comfortable at the same time. The pool was a big hit, the kitchen had everything we could have wanted, the outdoor and indoor living spaces were great, beds were comfortable and Greg was a great host.

Everything about this home is exceptional. The location is perfect giving easy access to Kona or Waikoloa. The home is furnished beautifully with ample kitchen ware. We had our grandchildren and they loved the pool, pool toys and the many games in the bar/game room. A large dining table easily fit all 9 of us as well as 3 surprise dinner guests. And whomever is lucky enough to get the master suite is in for a treat. The ultimate in space and luxury. The owners, Greg and Michelle, were responsive and gracious hosts. We will never forget celebrating our 50th anniversary at the Dolphin House.

The house was stunning with incredible ocean views. Lots of seating choices and places to eat! The master bedroom and bathroom was luxurious with a beautiful deck! The location was close to Kona town and the airport! We loved walking to the old airport beach and garden trails!

Beautiful stocked home. Great location kitchen and bathrooms stocked and plenty of beach towels. Nice pool and beach chairs. Awesome to have laundry! A bit surprised that no beach access near property all rocks. Beautiful view but had to leave property and eventually found Old Kona Airport Park nearby to walk on seashell/rock beach. Gorgeous expanse and Peace Park there. Took a few days to reply to no hot water but resolved eventually. Overall amazing week at the home. Quite pricey overall. A great time had by each of us- 3 couples.

Fun in Kona

The property was clean and a great location! All the amenities you need. Near Keahlia Kona for shopping and great food. Also not far to travel to Hilo, volcano National Park, or up the west coast.

Ironman World Championships 24 - stay

We had a fantastic stay during Ironman week. The location was perfect for the race - walking distance to the start yet also secluded with private pool and beach front.

We loved the house. The layout was perfect for friends and family being together. We didn't feel that we were having to tip toe around because there was plenty of space and privacy. The sunsets were stunning and the pool was great. We have such a relaxing time and spent a lot of time enjoying the house and it's location.

Our stay at the Dolphin House was amazing. There was lots of room for our family and the open living style was beautiful. The outside pool area was incredible and we ate all our meals at the outside table. The view from the house is breathtaking. We would definitely stay at The Dolphin house again.

While the house itself could use a bit of updating, the view is spectacular! House has good layout for larger group with plenty of area for privacy. Located close to small beach area and pool was great!!! Just be aware the walking path is literally right next to pool so there are people walking by throughout the day

The house was perfect for our group. We didn’t lack anything!! We enjoyed the place so much we only ate out twice in our week stay. The kitchen is well stocked, so we cooked a lot. Looking out to the ocean view was amazing. Hanging by the pool and relaxing was exactly what we needed. Enjoyed a day of snorkeling and another fishing. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Great spot

Beautiful views. The kids enjoyed the pool, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (pots, pans, storage containers, foil, etc) and the BBQ was a big hit. Decor was a little dated, but was still very nice. We'll be booking again.

This is a beautiful home in a great location. Our family had a couple of issues that were immediately addressed by the management of the home. The lava rocks outside of the home were beautiful - we had family pictures taken while we were there. The Keiki beach is within walking distance and was great for our grandchildren to learn to snorkel. Our family had a great time and would stay here again.

We loved this home! We had a family group of 10 and it was perfect! The home location was also great - near all stores, even Costco. The kitchen was very well stocked with every imaginable appliance. I didn't think we would need air conditioning in early January but we did and it worked great. Any questions we had were promptly replied to by both the home owner and the property manager. I highly recommend this property!
