Experience comfort and convenience in our newly built guest home, perfect for family getaways or business trips. Enjoy spacious living, modern amenities, and easy access to local attractions including Liberty University.

Timber View Haven is newly built guesthouse above a secondary garage (detached from owner's home) at the back of the 2-acre property with large parking area, in a private, established neighborhood. Located less than 1 mile to 460, and close to 221, the location is a breeze for seeing local sights and quick access to Liberty and the airport (10 min), CVCC, Bedford, wedding venues, shopping, restaurants, and more.

The guest home is equipped with ethernet connections, WIFI and dedicated work space. 3 Samsung Smart TVs with access to streaming and Samsung Plus TV channels. The open concept is great for entertaining, large kitchen table is ready for game night, and comfortable beds ensure a peaceful slumber.

Relax, and enjoy our coffee bar (ground coffee/ Keurig pods/tea bags provided with assortment of creamers and sugars)

Outdoors features a fire pit/patio (propane provided), gas grill (propane provided), dining table, and playset/basketball area with other outdoor games for the kids. Enjoy observing the deer that frequent the property. Large parking area makes traveling with family/friends/ co-workers easy.

This was a wonderful, quiet, well stocked home base to explore the greater Lynchburg area. We spent an extended weekend there, exploring and hiking, and we only went out for one meal. It was a very comfortable place to cook and relax.

The only reason to give this place a 5 star is because that’s as high as it goes. Absolutely amazing and there attention to detail is off the charts. Everything you need and much more. Every cabinet and drawer is labeled. Robes in the bedrooms coffee and snacks even a if you forget jar in the bathroom with essentials. I highly recommend this one. It is a garage apartment so there are steps but they are wide and on the inside.

Super Clean

This was just what we were looking for. Lots of room, a comfortable bed for each of us, coffee options for all, and very clean. We would gladly stay again if traveling through the area. To say it was clean is an understatement

Perfect Weekend Stay

We stayed at Timber View for two nights while visiting our daughter at Liberty. The property was just as described, right down to the wildlife - we saw 6 deer. The fire pit was great for s’mores and the coffee bar was enjoyed by all. We would definitely stay here again - Thank You!!

Such a beautiful home away from home! Neighborhood is amazing. Hosts are just wonderful, they literally thought of everything a family needs.I have traveled many states and stayed in many homes but this one is just my favorite! It was so perfect we decided to go back again!

Love the Labels

The space has everything you need, it was almost like staying at a hotel. My husband loved how they had everything labeled, so you didn’t have to open all the cabinets to find things or turn the lights on and off with random switches. The host checked in on us before we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed, including the high chair and pack and play for the little one.

Above and Beyond

The property is in a quiet, secluded neighborhood
but just off 460 for easy access to Lynchburg. The house was by far the most immaculate house we’ve ever stayed in; modern, fresh, spotless, very well-accommodated, and thought out. As for the property owners, they communicated effectively
not just actively asking if there was anything we needed prior to arrival but also in how they set up the house. The best part is they didn’t have a huge laundry list of things to do at checkout like most other houses we’ve stayed in. Overall, this house and service was on another level!!

Wish I could leave 10 stars!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Where to begin? The photos don’t do it justice! It is SO much more spacious than it looks in the photos! And the design, layout, and details are impeccable! Not only is the place and location absolutely beautiful, but the hosts went above and beyond to ensure we, including our 2 y.o., had everything we needed. They had age-appropriate toys waiting for our daughter, including bath toys and baby shampoo/bath! They had tea, coffee, flavored creamers, adult and kids’ dishes and utensils, bath robes, etc. The list goes on and on, including a flexible and easy checkout! We needed a place to stay for a friend’s wedding at Cedar Oaks Farms and the location was absolutely perfect (15-20 minutes from the venue) and only 10-15 minutes from Lynchburg airport. If we are ever in the area again, there is no question where we will stay. All we can say is thank you for giving our family the perfect home away from home!

Spectacular stay

I had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful house recently, and I can't express how wonderful our experience was. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owners had gone above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Every detail had been meticulously thought out, and the numerous little touches throughout the house truly made our stay unforgettable. One of the standout features of our stay was the attention to detail. It was evident that the owners had a genuine desire to make our visit special. From a hand written note on the dining table, to a well-stocked kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances, and the well-appointed bathroom was stocked with all the essentials we could possibly need. They had thought of everything. Above all, what truly set this stay apart was the level of care and hospitality from the hosts. They were readily available to answer any questions and offer recommendations, ensuring that we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. In conclusion, our recent stay at this house exceeded all our expectations. The accommodations were exceptional, and the thoughtful touches made our stay truly special. This place was amazing! The hosts have thought of everything to make it feel cozy and at home! It was very nice and very clean! We were visiting our kids at Liberty and this gave us plenty of space to have meals and hang out with them and a few friends. It was great! We will definitely be returning!

This host is fabulous and our stay was perfect. Everything was super clean and warm and welcoming. The space was very spacious, the decor was very nice and well-stocked with many comforts of home. Lots of Attention to detail with a wonderful coffee/tea bar and provisions in case you forgot anything at home. Quiet neighborhood and a lovely patio and grilling space outside. Beautiful spot in the trees. Hosts were super helpful and the place was really well decorated and clean. We only wished for a dish washer and washer/dryer. But that being said it was really a great spot and hosts were exceptional. Would stay again.

Fantastic Stay For LU Family!!

Absolutely impeccable unit - beautifully decorated, clean, and extremely comfortable. The owners thought of everything! Only about 10 minutes from LU (the reason for our visit), and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Very spacious for being a unit above a garage, and it’s our favorite place we’ve rented so far. We’ll definitely be back!!

Above garage 2 bedroom unit was excellently done. Well finished and furnished. Complimentary toiletries and coffee. Great location close to where we needed to be in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts were pleasant and accommodating. Will stay there again next time.

Best property and bets hosts

This is the cutest and best stocked property we have stayed in a long time! Brent was such an accommodating host! The property was immaculately clean and had everything you need for the stay. There was no detail that has not been thought of and provided. The fully stocked coffee bar was so cute and such a wonderful touch. Kitchen is very well equipped. The bedding and linens were very comfortable, appliances and furniture were all perfect. Great stay with kids! The hosts provided a bin of toys and games for our kiddos, a pack n play for the toddler, and so many outside toys and swing set! Our kids had a blast eating outside on the patio and running around in the yard. The detached garage aspect was unfamiliar to us, but it was absolutely great and we will definitely be back.

These people know how to host guests. The space itself was designed like HGTV. They were intentional with towels, coffee station and even had a "forgot items" jar. 10 star host and plan to come back again and again.
