Easy access to public hunting. During the summer months enjoy relaxing in our 24 ft above ground swimming pool.

Nice and quiet get away

Our family really enjoyed our experience here. We wanted to get away from the bisy city and with this booking, we certainly did. The pool was nice sized and really helped make the heat wave feel less intense.

Great family stay for OU event

Only a few minutes from OU, this space was perfect for our family of 8 attending OU graduation. Family meals were a breeze with everything we needed in the kitchen: pots, pans, plenty of dishes and silverware, and even the kitchen electrics we needed. This was our second stay and we enjoyed the home as much this time as we did last time.

Great place!

Great place for families to gather and celebrate near campus. Clean, comfy beds and all the essentials you will need during your stay. Hope was even nice enough to leave us cookies and donuts for our stay.

Great House!

Large clean house, two living areas, 5 bedrooms (one is a master suite), and large eat in kitchen with island. They provided games and firewood. Would stay again!

Lovely spot

This was a nice, peaceful place for our family to stay while visiting others without overwhelming them or ourselves. The snacks were nice to have on hand, and there was enough quiet and a good enough connection to get work done online when needed. Overall a great experience!

Wonderful!

What a beautiful place! Extremely clean, so cute and very comfortable. Hope was amazing to work with. I would 100% recommend to anyone and will definitely book again if/when we come back to the area. Not far from all the Hocking Hills area attractions too.

Everything was so clean. The house is like the posting on line. The pool was so nice. I enjoyed my privacy and relaxing in the pool. Would recommend the house to anyone.

Thoroughly impressed

This was our first VRBO experience and we were thoroughly impressed. Booking was clear and straight forward. Hope our hostess was super. The property was exactly as advertised and suited our needs perfectly. We would definitely recommend VRBO and Hopes property.

Great home away from home!!!

Hemlock acres was totally awesome. Our family just wanted a clean, kid friendly place to stay close to Hocking Hills, OH. It was such a relaxing stay. It was one of the cleanest places we have rented. Plenty of towels for our full family of 8 adults and 8 kiddos under 12. Would highly recommend checking it out. Nice flat yard and pool was amazing!!! Thanks Hope for the hospitality. It was truly amazing!!

We enjoyed our stay, we felt welcomed right when we walked in. I live in the country so "close to" was what I was expecting and familiar with, but some people may feel that the term "close to" might be too much driving. The kitchen had plenty of options for making most any meal you would want on a vacation. The area was quiet, but with neighbors in sight. We felt safe as four women vacationing. The beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. Two TV areas with couches, but we mostly played cards and dominos...the large table was just what we needed. We had a great time and the view of the neighbors pond with the ducks was a added bonus.

Wonderful! Extremely clean and lots of amenities! Master bed was very comfortable, sheets soft and high quality. Extra blankets were nice. Master bath “shower” kind of a weird set up. Could have used an extra hand towel, only saw one. Kitchen had a lot of “extras” ie:coffee pods, salt pepper, condiments in the fridge etc. My son was disappointed the pool was closed. It was 90 all weekend. I didn’t see on the listing that it closed before our arrival dates. Easy, short drive to OU to visit our kids for family weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

Check-in was easy. The shared driveway kinda threw us for a loop!! Very nice and clean inside and out!! Pool was crystal clear and very refreshing!! Talking about renting again next year!! A rating!!

Amazing Family Vacation

We had a very comfortable stay. This place had everything to keep us occupied when it was raining and the pool was so welcoming when it was not. Close enough to all different types of hiking and plenty of places to check out in different towns nearby.

Absolutely Delightful Stay!!

We couldn't have had a better stay at this house! There was plenty of space for our whole family and it was extremely clean. The pool was lovely too! Our kids spent most of there time there. Another favorite was the front porch. We all had room to hang out and talk as we watched the sun go down. All together was a fabulous stay and we would definitely come again! P.S. Hope was very responsive and helpful!!

Relax and enjoy our spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bath home with 2 living rooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. While staying at Hemlock Acre you will have full access to Wi-Fi, and above ground swimming pool, fire pit and covered front porch. Great place for friend and family gatherings.
We will be closing the pool after Labor Day for the winter, weather permitting.
