The manor also includes five full bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests. Free street parking is available, but please note that parking in front of the home is paid and requires a Visitor Daily Parking pass, which you can purchase online. Please also adhere to street sweeping signs to avoid towing.

Other Things to Note:
Please be mindful of our neighbors and maintain a respectful noise level, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. Any disturbances leading to police intervention, neighborhood complaints, or rule violations will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Absolutely no parties are allowed. If any damage occurs, kindly inform us before departure. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the premises; a $500 cleaning fee applies. We are not pet-friendly; a $500 deodorizing fee per pet applies. Service animals are welcome with prior notification. The maximum overnight guests allowed is thirteen, and occupancy must not exceed sixteen people at any time.
