Come stay on the Emerald Coast Beach in Navarre Beach Florida! Our updated, 11th floor, two bedroom vacation condo at Navarre Towers is located directly on the beach with a beautiful beach front views. Spend your day playing on the beach or just relaxing while listening to the waves cascading over the shoreline along the Gulf of Mexico. Relax at the end of the day at Navarre Tower's on your private balcony watching the beautiful sunset unfold before you.

This vacation condo is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay along the coast, however, if you choose to dine out you will find several choices right on the island. Start planning you next beach trip and choose Navarre Towers.

**** the living room shows a small tv but since these pictures were taken we have purchased a new 50 in. for the living room. There are no window coverings in the living room. Additionally, each bed has a brand new mattress. 😁

***We do not charge per person. We ask how many are in your party to better prepare for your departure cleaning. Thank you for giving us the correct number of people that will be staying in the unit.

Covid-19 Update: We want you to know that we have enhances our cleaning procedures and follow the CDC guidelines for sanitizing all surfaces(hard and soft including items like remote controls, door knobs and light switch)

Great place to stay

Great central location on the island, close to restaurants and the beach area was perfect! Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again, our host was amazing and very responsive.

Great Host

The Condo was very clean, and had beach accessories. We had a problem with coffee maker, and the host had a replacement that evening. The host was very helpful. I would recommend this Condo every time!

Navarre is a very pretty beach town! Sand is sugar white! Great local restaurants too! We loved Navarre Towers! Both bedrooms are large and unit is very comfortable with amazing views

Anniversary get away!

Beautiful property on the 11th floor. We got to view the beautiful beach and crystal blue waters of Navarre. Beach was not very crowded and people were very friendly.

Perfect!

Absolutely the best location. Adjacent to the public beach access and a big empty protected dune lot - its is quiet and relaxing. The condo is great - wonderful view of the water and beach. Great space with plenty of room for just the 2 of us. Would easily accommodate 4 or 5 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pans, cutlery and dishes you would need. The included beach chairs and umbrella were a bonus! I agree with others that the decor is just a little dated, but we were focused on the outside more than inside. We will definitely rent again and enjoy more time on the beach!

We had a great time!

We were pleased with everything, but the master bath shower needs some Drano. It would not drain while I was showering and when we arrived there were candy wrappers on the couch. This does not affect our review but thought you might want to know. Thanks!

Great but limited on a few “basics”

The location and cleanliness of this property were perfect. Safe, Gorgeous ocean view, comfy indoors. We did notice a lack of common items like a small dish soap, kitchen towels, kitchen scissors, and bathroom towels(enough for 4 but no extra). I know this is more a management problem, but thought I’d mention it. Thank you for your timely response when we had questions!

Condo with a View

Reservation process was easy. Payment was convenient. Check-in process was seamless. Accommodations were dated but very clean. Figuring out the cable was impossible and unable to use. You would be much better off using YouTube TV and its cheaper. I used my Netflix account as an alternative. Dish towels would have been nice to have in the kitchen. There were only two rolls of toilet paper and I had to buy more. The water heater was replaced while we were there. The hot water in the shower in the master bedroom was unpredictable so we agreed to have the hot water heater replaced while we were there. There was no water for 3 hours so we decided to hit the beach for that time. The staff were very accommodating and worked around our schedule. The hot water in the master shower was perfect after the replacement. We would consider renting from you again.

Great Location

The unit was comfortable enough, but definitely could use a little TLC from the owner -- freshen up paint, put drapes in livingroom, upgrade couches. Our son, his wife and our grandson (28) joined us for a week, and our grandson slept on the fold-out couch in the livingroom where the sun hits early morning. The drapery tracks are there, so it would be simple enough to provide window coverings We had a couple of minor things where we needed to be in touch with the host, and she was quick to reply and help with the problems. All in all, it was okay, but not as nice as the unit we stayed in three years earlier.

PERFECT Location

The location and complex were wonderful. However, the condo needed some TLC. The couch and love seat were pretty worn and dingy, so we bought covers to use for our stay. We also bought an air mattress for our boys who were to sleep on the pull out sofa due to how nasty the couch was. The unit was not cleaned well, and copious amounts of sand were all over the condo upon arrival. Could use some stocking in the kitchen. Utensils were sparse and drawers were disheveled. We really enjoyed the trip despite the units’ small short comings!

Kitchen not well stocked(utensils needed ie scissors and corkscrew) light in laundry room didn’t work. Light bulbs burned out in every room. Sofa and loveseat worn out and dirty. Toliet part holder in master bath broken. Tub/shower in master bath barely drained and water backed while showering. Need information on tv services available

Everything was freshly cleaned and perfect for our arrival. While there were a few minor maintenance issues, which I notified the host about, everything was great. Our family was very pleased and already planning our return next year.

We really enjoyed the area and the room was as pictured. Great view! The condo was close to everything we needed. There was a smell of mold/ mildew in the condo that needs to be checked into.
