The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent this charming 46 mÂČ flat with lake and mountain views, which can accommodate up to 6 people, is available to rent in GĂ©rardmer. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 19 mÂČ living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom. Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises :
- A 19 mÂČ living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area ...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160Ă200)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140Ă190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- A 3 mÂČ balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in GĂ©rardmer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Numerous water sports on the lake and on the beach
- Skiing on the ski slopes,
- Hiking, cycling, discovering the waterfalls on the emblematic sites of Gerardmer.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.

- Nearest train station: Gare d'Ăpinal, about 45 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Bale-Mulhouse-Fribourg about 1h40 by car
