Located on the ground floor of the L'Ecrin residence, in the heart of the resort, in the Villards area. Close to the slopes and shops. A comfortable 4-room apartment for 8 people, 75mÂČ.
Magnificent and spacious, comfortable apartment in a quiet location, in the heart of the resort.
It features a beautiful living area. Its large kitchen opens onto the comfortable living room with sofas, a flat-screen TV, and access to a large terrace.
You will have three bedrooms: one with access to the terrace and a large double bed and a shower room, a second with a large double bed, and the third with two bunk beds (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6).
The spacious and very modern kitchen is fully equipped. It includes a 4-burner ceramic hob, a conventional oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator/freezer.
The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and a toilet, and a separate toilet.
Washing machine and dryer are provided.
The 20mÂČ terrace faces west with a view of the Pierra Menta.
