Work Trip

We had a large group working an event to raise funds for our non-profit. This home left us with no complaints. We felt the home was as advertised. The check out instructions were clear and easy. Thank you.

Nice place

The house is nice the only complaint that I have is that the cleaning person did not clean very well. The was hair all over the place, so I had to do cleaning when I got there. I had to sweep the floors, there was not a mop available so I had to wipe with paper towels the areas of the floor that had stains. If I am being charged cleaning fees , I shouldn't have to clean before!

Review

With the specific instructions my hope was the property was kept at the highest condition. However, the couch was broken and in pieces. There were ants in the half bathroom on the first floor. The garage had random trash, candy pieces (covered in ants)and cigarette butts on the floor. The door handles with key pad locks were not secure at all. The downstairs shower in the master bedroom did not have hot water as the shower temperature handle was broken. The specifics to this property informed us of an HOA which would conclude outside property maintenance expectations. Being outside you wouldn’t know. The kitchen, dining area and living room are absolutely beautiful and clearly the newest pieces of the house.

Be aware inaccurate

Where do I even began? Upon arrival the cleaner were still there . The house was EXTREMELY hot! I did a walk through of the home it’s only 5 beds but he have 8 listed. I constantly reached out to ask what happened to the beds and he constant ignored until I had to call from someone else phone and he answered! Nasty attitude!!! He tried to blow me off by saying it’s enoy beds for the ppl there! Wow I paid to have 8 beds rather I had 8 or 5 people I could of found something cheaper! He then mentioned to put us out and we wouldn’t get. A refund! At that point he hung up in my face! I called back after hours of the A/C Still not working! He accused us of freezing it when it was extremely hot the moment we checked in! He eventually sent someone to fix it which had nothing to do with it being frozen ! No apology no refund nothing !!! Later we saw 4 roaches and a frog in the restroom due to the hole in the master bedroom! Nasty. He have things listed on here that’s literally not in the air bnb completely false advertising! He later offer to switch us to a air bnb with 7 beds but we would have to pay!!! Wow we already paid for 8 beds why we must repay?? Very upset
