This charming 1 bed 1 bath home is tucked away at the end of the street, right off the Fairview Golf Course. Just minutes off the freeway, this quiet home is a perfect stop over to split up a long day of traveling or a quiet getaway for couples. This home is beautifully decorated to maximize the comfort and practicability of the space. We do have one twin tri-fold foam mattress available for use. This home features fast WiFi, an oversized smart tv, fully stocked kitchen and a bright blue exterior door making it easy for you to find.
**Please Note:**
This home is professionally cleaned and maintained, but as a lived-in rental, **normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic blemishes, or light scuffs/dings may be present**. These do not affect the functionality or comfort of your stay. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to address any issues that arise during your visit.
There is no garage just park in Gravel driveway off of Halstead Ave. Also this charming home does not have a fenced in yard but it does have a side yard with mature trees and place to relax.

Hi there! We are Bryce and Callie and were excited to host you! It all started in 2012 when we bought our first home, then we became famous! Nah, not really. BUT our first home, "The Sensible Safari" was featured on HGTV House Hunters when we were newly married. I think Bryce was hooked on homes after that. We've since moved 7 times in the last 9 years and built up our experience as home owners, DIY-ers, property managers, parents, landlords, and now short term rental managers. All along the way moving with us our Alaskan Malamute and growing family. Weâre passionate about our homes because weâve lived in most of them and have created memories with our friends and families.
