-If you book the house, you must stay unless you have discussed this in past with us and you will be personally responsible for the house.
-This Property is in deed-restricted Homeowner association and most HOA don’t like short-term rental places (Air B and B /VRBO) therefore we don’t want to rent and get red-flagged by HOA therefore help me by following the instructions.

-NO Random invites without prior permission.
-NO Throwing party or Parties.
-NO Loud music inside or outside, please respect our neighbors and if we get a complaint from neighbors, we will have to cancel the reservation and ask you to leave.
-No hanging out outside the front door
-Don’t just leave the front door open, we have nosey neighbors who will call the police just to harass you and me.
-NO smoking inside the house or front of the house. We allow smoking in the back of the house area and at least 5 feet away from the door.
-NO Pets without prior permission.
-upon check out, please follow all checkout instructions list.
-If you have more people staying at the house than listed on the reservation, you will lose your deposit.
-Anything missing upon Inventory upon check out.
-Missing garage door remote.
-Late Checkout without prior approval.
-Don’t have anything shipped to the house without prior permission.
-We provide make-up wipes/removers, please do not use towels as the towels get stained and we cannot use them for the next guest.
-Make-up stains on pillowcases/bed sheets and comforters.
-Don’t use towels or wash clothes to clean or wipe down your shoes.
-This property has outdoor security cameras for your protection.

The house was beautiful and even better in person.

This house was just perfect for our Family of 8 vacation. Clean, comfortable and in a great neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and I MOST definitely would rent it again!! We checked out on the day the hurricane approached Houston so we did check out later than we we’re supposed to and the owner didn’t bother us at all!! Thank you Toni

Very spacious

It was very nice 👍 I think u should update your photos online, its looks way better in person And there was no laundry detergent or pods and no dishwasher pods but you wanted us to load them when leaving and we was there for 5 days we had to buy our own

Pros and cons

The overall experience of the home was very nice. The photos of the house on the website doesn’t do this house any justice. The house was very beautiful. The pictures definitely needs to be retaken. Pros: I really loved and appreciated that he had some necessities such as hand soap, air freshener, shower gel in all bathrooms, Lysol wipes throughout the house, dish detergent, coffee pods creamer and sugar etc. That was greatly appreciated. One of the closets in the bedroom was locked. Cons: We were on our way out for dinner but had to turn around bc someone left something, we weren’t gone 5 mins and someone changed the code to the house. There was a “emergency key” just in case you get locked out but the key didn’t work for the top lock and we couldn’t get in. We tried the key to all the doors but was unsuccessful. Had to call the owner, he gave me the new code. I’m still confused as to why the code was changed.The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. The master bedroom and the bedroom beside the master was very hot and uncomfortable it wasn’t working. BUGS, there were water bugs, the ants were awful, spiders throughout the house, He definitely needs to have pest control to come out and spray. I don’t like the fact that we had to wash towels, take out the trash and put the trash cans in the garage, take all the sheets and pillow cases off the bed and put them in the laundry room upon departure when he has a cleaning service coming out after checkout so we pretty much did the cleaning for them.
