Updated condo

The inside of this property was nicely updated. It’s a smaller building that would work for a couple or small family. I had an issue with locking the front door but the property manager was very responsive and gave me a quick solution. The outside area is very small and could use some attention.

Would definitely stay again, couple hiccups with tv and lock, but nothing major. Alfredo great to work with. Older property but very nicely updated. Beds very comfortable, nice quiet area. Felt safe and very comfortable.

So quiet. Loved private patio. Grateful for property management communication before and during visit. Kitchen has every appliance, convenience. Owner even provided bag of ice! Great shower!

Overall satisfactory visit

Location for spring training Peoria was perfect and the property was professionally managed, quiet, safe and well stocked. Management was exceptionally responsive. The only issues were the television, which needs replacing, and the bedroom dresser which emitted an eye-watering odor.

The location was right in the middle of everything. We could not watch tv in the living the whole time we were there. We notified someone and nothing ever happened so when we wanted to watch tv we could only do it in the bedroom.

As advertised. Was worried as there were no reviews when we booked. Booked for nascar championship weekend. Support was absolutely phenomenal. Arrived late at night and had trouble with keypad. Called number and got immediate help to get in. After phone call, they talked me through getting in via ring doorbell. Inside was immaculately clean and updated. Outside of apartment was not as updated but clean and quiet. Residential area but felt very safe. It definitely served our purpose and would rent again. No surprise fees. What you see is what you get. Nothing special but very comfortable

More than adequate

Property is just as described. Kitchen tools and linens were in good supply. Quiet area, good parking. Great location for sporting events in Surprise. Vaulted ceilings made the apace feel bigger. Bedrooms were a nice size but didn’t have much furniture-bed and one nightstand. We had trouble with the keypad but likely user error. When entering the code need to touch the key once before starting the code.
