Loved the location. It was very convenient to get everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was well stocked and had all of the items we needed to make the stay memorable. Great experience overall!

Nice apartment in a convenient location

We selected this property for an extended stay in Las Vegas. It was close to all of the things we needed during our stay. We enjoyed our stay. It's a nice apartment with plenty of free parking. It's close to UNLV, the airport and also the strip. During our stay, the dishwasher was not working. That was a minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again.

Left after 1 night

I did read the reviews but didnt think it was that bad. Walked into a sign that said dishwasher is broken dont use it, Booked the place for an employee, 60yr old male from Chicago and he was concerned about staying there because of the people in the area. Ontop of the fact place was run down, But clean. Stayed one night until we could find a new place. I did ask for some money back with no luck, I know its the policy but didnt hurt to ask. Keep looking.

Inside of apartment was very nice, clean, well kept. The outside of the apartment complex left something to be desired. Borderline decent neighborhood. The bed in master bedroom had a memory foam mattress. For some this works well, but this was not good for my back.

Great apartment/sketchy area

The apartment is exactly as pictured but what isn't pictured is the complex that this apartment is part of. The complex is in need of some major remodeling/cleaning. We were also warned not to leave valuables in the car, and which should tell you what to expect. Nevertheless, the apartment itself was great. Very nice. I loved the artwork and it's clear that this host is very welcoming. I appreciate staying here while visiting family for Thanksgiving!

The rental is listed as a two bedroom it's only one bedroom with a futon in the living room and on checkout day today the water is cut off overall nice area nice apartment for one traveler not for two

Clean and cozy

Overall the space was clean and well furnished. Being on the second floor, you don't have to worry about noisy neighbors walking above you. The space is updated and provides a nice place to unwind. I would like to note while this place is great, its not really in the best neighborhood overall. I didn't have problems myself, but the police were out in the neighboring apartments 3-4 times in my 1 week stay.
